On the game, draw would’ve been fair. We were hopeless first half but improved second, Grimsby huffed and puffed the whole way through without ever looking like scoring really. Kind of moment at the end that we all do this for.

Fair play to Burchnall, brought attacking players on at half time to try to win the game.
Started the week 8 off the top ended it 5 off after three tough opponents.

Today yet again highlights the need to get a goal scoring striker in if we are going to be challenging for promotion this season. Did we have a shot on target today? Sounded like we had plenty of chances but don't think any were on target.

It's games like this that is the difference between promotion and staying here another season because of not being clinical in front of goal or not having someone to score out of nothing.

Obviously no idea exactly what was said, but something happened with Joel Taylor, our left back, in front of that stand. Game randomly stopped for a bit then our captain spoke to the ref, ran over to speak to Burchnall/the fourth official and they made an announcement.

Such an annoying end to the game. We completely eased off and let them back in, their goal was so simple for them. The soft underbelly and lack of killer instinct haunting us again. Its why we won't go up this season.

No idea, someone else said it showed 1-1 at the end on flash scores. But nothing on the commentary to suggest anything even close to an equaliser in the closing stages.
