I think it’s a fairly even split - he inherited the worst squad in the clubs history, but has had zero impact on results, we’ve actually probably (somehow) gone backwards since he came in.
It was definitely a head-over-heart appointment to try and get the fans back on side (I was guilty of thinking it was the right appointment) - the reality is we needed a Neil Smith, someone who’ll say it how it is and put together a proper national league squad.
We are sleepwalking to relegation, and wouldn’t surprise me if Molesley’s gone by the end of the month

Seems like a similar situation to what we had last season. Peter Beadle was sacked with us in the drop zone having had a threadbare budget to play with, then in comes Tim Flowers who was given money and brought in his own players, but we arguably looked even worse.

Although even if you do sack Molesley I'd imagine you won't do what we did and end up with your physio in charge and no qualified coaches at the club.

It is hard to see where you go from here. Smith would be a good appointment if you can get him but I can't see why he would take your job now.
