We scored a goal, an actual goal! But this team is littered with over paid mercenaries who are either on Groves' daft payroll or sulking that nose biter Rowe didn't take them to Chesterfield. Need to bin half of this squad. We were better with nowhere near the budget and local players who actually gave a fuck than these jokers.

Well that was appalling and club in right mess.
Watson signed an absolute shit squad and Askey lost dressing room.

On a par with us you've lost 10 games but played 3 games less than us. I think rather than a mess I'd call it a crisis! I must admit I didn't really rate Watson at all.

Sadly due to family health problems wasnt able to get to Fylde game last night but after apparently gifting 2 goals from 2 incredibly rare errors by Matt Urwin we fought back and levelled in stoppage time apparently caused by the Fylde players throwing themselves on the ground at every challenge as the game wore on. Extends our unbeaten run but our squad is now paper thin!

Great result for Bradford though. A lot of people said they would be relegated this season as well.

I thought you deserved to win tbh. Think we were the better side at our place when you beat us and rolls reversed last night. Good side Chorley. Probably the best I’ve seen. We beat Gateshead comfortably and we were the better side against brackley but you’ve definitely got our number it seems. Wouldn’t want to play Chorley should it be a play off game. We’re far too reliant on haughton. We desperately need a striker but I suppose most clubs do down here

Haughton is superb, up there with the likes of Lee Trundle as one of the best players ever at this level. Surprised you are stuck with the limes of Sampson though, I mean I would expect you to be able to get much better, you are right though the lack if quality strikers is very clear. Still be surprised if we can continue this with the wafer thi squad we have.

Terrible game last night at Guiseley severely lacking on quality. Another very poor performance from Alfreton. Spennymoor managed by Morley and Johnson are the last opponoments we need right now
The reverse fixture in October was everything last night wasnt. Would love it if we won but cant see it.

He had absolutely no chance, they got rid of probably 8-10 first team players.

We will need new centre backs in the summer as Livesey, Grand & McNulty will probably all retire and there’s a good chance Williams will be chased by league clubs.

Not sure about now though, Watson said we have room to bring in one more, but we’ve got a dodgy keeper and a midfield that can’t tackle that I’d imagine are the priorities.

Seems to have done well for you overall? Did he throw his toys out the pram at any stage?

I didn't realise he was 33 now!
Yes once downed tools but a new manager came in he Knuckled down.
Been a great signing just outstayed his welcome.Should of gone at start of season because he has been shocking this season ,think more down to a bad injury at Gloucester and lost a yard of pace.
On Tuesday night home end all chanted “fuck off Newton” when 3rd goal went in.

Yeah a keeper is hardly surprising, seems like he's been getting good reviews as well.

And Watson has said at little cost to the club?
until December he was only playing matches for Holker Old Boys at step 6, in mid December he signed for Lancaster at step 3, but was dual registered. Now after about 6 games at Lancaster he's moved to step 2 - if he impresses with you he'll be picked up by a step 1 team (or an EFL team for their u-23's) in the summer.

As long as we get him on a deal before then if he shines, that’s the way it works down here you find a diamond but before you have finished polishing it the vultures move in.

Massive win for us at Fylde. Think we may struggle to grab top 7 but we will give it one heck of a go.

Where has this Telford side come from??

Very solid display from us in another game of two halves, wind was a big factor we didnt seem at it at all first half and Hereford looked decent. Second d half totally different story we were well on top and in complete co trol till a late 2nd flattered Hereford, but hey some of the other results,ts went our way so that helped considerably. On now to Farsley next Saturday. Hopefully we can add a couple to the squad before then.

Alfreton 3-2 Spennymoor Town

Enjoyed that one today!

Thought it was going to be one of those days when we found ourselves one down and Rheady missed the first penalty awarded to us this season.

However we showed great character and belief to fight back which proves there is a good spirit in this team.

Yes it was three set piece goals but we created numerous other chances and deserved it.

Great to fight back after being sub par in recent games too

Our first ever home win over Spennymoor to seal an impressive double and a first win of any note against a team managed by Anthony Johnson and Bernard Morley.

Now to find the magic ingredient of consistency

Yes one of our fans is from Barrow and his son went to the same school. He gave us the lowdown.

It's been a while since I've seen a game where I was so bored just wanted to go home. Truly shocking performance with no passion or anything for that matter, fuckin rubbish!

It felt like an end of the season game with nothing to play for. 2 poor sides slugging it out. I know the conditions didn't do us any favours with blustery winds that didn't help matters. Even so the game was excruciating to watch.

I can't really think of anything positive to comment on other than roll on next season, and I'm totally pissed off!
