Intrigued about what kind of reaction Osborne is gonna get from us. Definitely recognised by us as a big talent but his departure definitely left a bitter taste with a lot of Town fans.
Pearson said on a podcast a couple of years back that Osborne was the best player in the division.

I thought when he joined you, he would push on again and get another move upwards. He initially came back to us on a short term loan as he had been out injured and the impression that was given by Grimsby was that he was coming back to Moors to get some game time and also so he could be home at Christmas. He then joined us permanently pretty much as soon as the new owners started putting money into the club around January 2018 - I'd imagine we were offering pretty similar to what he was on at Grimsby so came back to us as it was more convenient for him. Was probably a bit unsettled by the end as Bignot was no longer the manager and Asante had left as well.

I suppose his injuries and our improved budget are the reason we've been able to keep him for the last few years but definitely one of the best players in the league when he's fit and the best player to ever play for Moors in my opinion.

This is the same technique Leftie wankers use to discourage counter arguments, only they throw "RACIST!" at people. It's the same mindset. I guess all wankers are basically the same huh, be they Leftie or Grimsby wankers. :ds:
Oh no, all this time I thought you were trolling but turns out you’re a literal spastic. What a shame.

Yeah it was a very odd and unsettled period of time for us. Bignot was quite heavily backed and then quickly let go with the fans being left to piece together what happened with scraps of information. As it turns out, there was seemingly a divide in the dressing room with plenty of the old guard questioning the professionalism of Bignot. One thing that was apparent though was the talent of Osborne. We also thought he'd push on beyond ourselves, so it was a huge surprise when he moved back to you. At first we bought the game time/fitness angle, however it became obvious he wasn't coming back. I think a lot of our fans were angry with him for signing a contract with us and then back pedalling. It's clear there were multiple factors in play but I do think the criticism of him lacking that desire to kick on are fair given what happened.

*A word used a lot by Leftie wankers to provide an illusory pretence of truth to otherwise fallacious, and almost always derogatory assertions made against persons with different views to their own. E.g. He's a literal (insert preferred insult)/ you're a literal (make something up, anything but make sure it's abusive).

Oh and by the way, we don't use "spastics" any more, we call them "socialists".

The Bignot era is one of the strangest in our recent history IMO. A seemingly decent manager with a really talented bunch of players who for on the face of it didn’t really perform all that well but now looking back were absolutely fine for what we needed at the time.

We had Dean Henderson, Danny Andrew, Danny Collins, Osbourne, Dom Vose, Kayden Jackson and Omar Bogle in that season, all very talented players at the time for that division.

As soon as that squad got ripped apart our spiral back down here began

Towler gets a 5/10 in the Non-League Paper. Unbelievable, they can't have been at the match.

We didn't have a single shot in our game today. Not just on target, a shot of any sort at all. No corners either.

There’s a guy who does xG graphs for all our games and I think this is the worst I have ever seen from a team:

I'll tag tonight's game onto this thread as it's the only one of the day.

Yeovil Town v Altrincham. An absolutely vital week for us starts here with a home game against in-form Alty. We need a win to stop the rot but they have the incentive of moving 5 points off the top with a game in hand if they grab the spoils. Sarll has promised changes but i'm not convinced he knows which ones to make. It sounds awful but a draw wouldn't be the worst result for us.

I see Alty had to replace their keeper with an outfield player on 16. And make another sub on 23.

Looking forward to Sarll’s post match if Yeovil don’t win this!

Yes, there were already a couple of "fill-ins" before those changes. A draw here would be a result.

Our stand in keeper is a left back who hasn't played all season due to injury

There are idiots among our support who seriously suggest we should forget about having a reserve goalkeeper, and spend the money we save on an outfield player. Believe it or not, much as I ridicule them, the 2 Halifax clowns on here are probably in the top 5% , brain wise, of the rest of our fans.

Pretty sure that Barnet didn’t have a sub keeper when we won the conference in 2015.

When Stack was injured, we had to collect our loanee keeper from a service station on the way to our game at Bristol Rovers.

We have a second keeper who hasn't featured on the bench all year, and is now at Nantwich on loan.

Part-time team, 420 mile round trip on a work night, LB in goal, midfielders in defence, and RB playing LB.

Got to be a bit embarrassing for Yeovil that

Not really, you haven't seen us play recently. That's a decent point given the shitshow that is our club
