Thought I may as well start this to distract from yet another Furlough-gate thread.

Anyway, it’s the big one this weekend, clash of the titans, one of the most eagerly-anticipated NL fixtures so far. That’s right, it’s… King’s Lynn v Dover!

Only kidding, it’s the battle of Blundell Park. Hopefully a goalless draw, allowing us to take advantage with a home win against beleaguered(?) Southend.

Seems to be the best time to play Grimsby. Their main man out plus some injuries... I'm confident. Gutted I can't make this one.

Yeah I’m not confident, it really is Sod’s law to lose McAtee for 3 games on his return, his fault, all though it certainly wasn’t the assault that the crying Dagenham fan came on here saying.

Hurst is now under pressure and he certainly won’t want this game, i’m sure he’d get until January but a loss here and against BW then he’s suddenly in huge trouble IMO.

All that being said, we’ve only lost once at home, winning the rest.

Hopefully can get a win without too many dramas here - we’ve even had the advantage of two weeks with our feet up while Southend had to play on Tuesday.

Feel we’re going into a defining period with Southend, Chesterfield, King’s Lynn, Wrexham and Dover being our next five. Can’t afford any slip ups in the other three games to set us up for the two big ones.

Tough game against Grimsby. I know their form hasn't been great but you've got to expect a bounce back, especially if the manager is feeling the pressure he'll send them out fired up for this one. I think if we can get an early goal that might be key. We could really do to win this

At the start of the season I would have had a draw at Torquay away as a decent result BUT as they aren't going too well and we are playing catch-up with Chesterfield and a few others anything other than a win will be a disappointment.

Probably the best time to be playing Grimsby but we still have a make shift squad available.

Looking at the fixtures this weekend, most of the ‘fancied’ sides have relatively easy fixtures - so it’s important we get the 3 points.

Scrappy game - Grimsby Red Card and a Tshimanga Penalty 0-1. 6 banning orders a piece.

Away allocation of 1660 sold out. Restricted to this due to some seats being covered according our SpireitesPolice on Twitter.

Notts County are going to thump us 4-0. With the off field issues arising again it screams of a heavy defeat

Big weekend for the Real Brotherhood with 6 of the 7 Real Brothers in action against each other.

Grimsby (Britain's busiest working port), with only one win in their last 6 matches (against beleaguered Southend United) host the Furloughing ScumbagsTM Chesterfield (large market town and unparished area in the Borough of Chesterfield in Derbyshire).

At Meadow Lane, Notts County (bedecked in fancy lace) take on beleaguered Southend United (shithole in Essex). Even in the unlikely event of a Shrimps win they'll still be rooted (get it!) to the bottom of the RB Table having only picked up a derisory 2pts from their unspectacular draw with RB draw specialists Wrexham (the only team without an RB fixture this weekend).

Then it's to Plainmoor on the sunny English Riviera where the beleaguered Gulls play host to Stockport (a large town in Greater Manchester famous for once making a bowler hat for someone). Having beaten the might of Dover and Weymouth (both 2-1) in recent weeks, the beleaguered Yellow Army will be hoping for more of the same against Elon Rusk's Elite Eleven.

Draws all round please!

Sold out the away end at grimsby so should be a great atmosphere. Grimsby no mugs at home in spite of their poor form.

Nonetheless I'm hopeful of a win. Tshimanga due a goal after his baron run of 1 game with 0 goals.

Classic 1-0 Hursting for Chesterfield I reckon. The man's job depends on this game, that much is clear.

Plenty of phone calls being put it in from up and down the country to see where Bromley are staying in the Greater Manchester area on Friday night. Absolutely vital from clubs up and down the league to get horns, drums outside the hotel, trying to get fire alarms set off etc in order to stop Woodman's boys romping to what looks like an inevitable title.

Fans of 6 or 7 clubs all lining the streets outside Moss Lane, Altrincham from 1pm onwards to applaud the Alty coach in. Banners, flags, "make us dream"

Andrew "Andy" Woodman is currently cleaning his bald head with Champagne every morning in order for his scalp to prepare for what he believes will be celebrations in May. The arrogance is astounding.

And to think Woodentop turned us down, HaHa fuckity Ha.
He was never in the running, Arrogant twat.

You lot have way more chance of winning the league then them.
Thier squad is as weak as piss.

Now get down to Torquay and shut up that other Arrogant twat Johnson.

As long as you keep your nerve you,ll be fine...

One of our players done for drink driving at 4am and rumours 3 or 4 other players in the car with him, rumours of infighting in training since, all points to reasons we have been completely different to the start of the season. Great time to be playing the only big spenders that have their shit together,

Where are these rumours, Facebook? Can’t say I’ve seen this anywhere.

Plkus the fact you had an easy start and the moment the fixtures got tougher you start dropping like a stone

They started sooner than that. The player got caught drink driving the morning after the Yeovil game, 2 days later we lost to Wealdstone and lost every game except Southend (which we didn't play great and scored in the first couple mins and held out for rest of the game) since including a team in the league below in the cup.

I’m not sure Wealdstone, Aldershot and Kidderminster class as particularly ‘tough’?

Our start of losing and playing shit started away at Wealdstone and was followed up 2 games later with defeat at Aldershot so not too sure about that.

Not sure about that. We had Wrexham, Stockport and Bromley at the start of the season. As well as Alty and Woking when they were both up in the top ten. We've only really had Notts, Solihull and a beleaguered Daggers who you'd say are tough in the poor run.
