Has anyone release their kits for the new season?

We have recently teamed up with Umbro after Hummel's UK distributor went bust. I believe ours is due for release around 14th July.

Not us, although historically ours barely make it for public sale by Christmas

Apparently we’ll be releasing our home and away ones this weekend. By all accounts it seems we’ve moved off Errea to Puma now so will see what they come up with. Errea been pretty decent even if their sizings are a little out there.

A real shame Hummel has been effected by its distributor. Our claret kit from 2021/22 was fantastic. Last years ruined by a stupid sponsor on the back but still a nice nod to history. We're also moving to Puma this year, hope they've got the weird 'revamping the football kit name across the chest thing' out of their heads. Apparently it is a bespoke kit though, at least for one of the kits.

We'll still be with Errea (26 years and counting) and it'll be a new away kit this year with our home kit going into it's second year.

I know our designs were finalised last year, but no release or announcement as yet in any form.

We’ve announced we’re leaving Joma and gonna be made by Adidas, which can only be an improvement, right?

3 completely new kits too, home, away & 3rd. Be announced/released end of June/beginning of July

 we literally just announced today that our new kit manufacturer is...Hummel! Oh. :ohm:

mmm...dunno about that.

We had Joma a while back, I actually thought they were OK but they only lasted one season, for whatever reason.

Not that we've ever had a properly large-scale company make our kits, but from what I've seen, the bigger the company, the more templated and off-the-shelf the kit.

But I guess the trend these days is for any distinctive detail to be printed on rather than actual variation in (say) the sleeves or collars or whatever, so maybe the fact that kits are templated doesn't really matter so much any more.

You know its that boring time of the year when the kits are the hot topic :bg:
Im past wearing replica shirts, as anyone in their 40's should be, but im glad we have an original stand-out kit.
Our is one of those kits where if you see it on holiday you dont have to get closer to see the badge to work out which team it is.

I wear mine only to play football in. But as far as distinctive kits, I was in a pub one time in London (where I live) after playing football, and the random Italian barman said - "oh! your shirt...that's the Akinfenwa club, right?"
yes, that's right, we were founded by Adebayo Akinfenwa way back in the 19th century, still going though, with or without the Strongest Player On FIFA™...

I’m largely inclined to agree though that said I have bought the black one we had a couple of years ago as it’s probably the nicest one we’ve had and the white and gold one from our promotion year which I use occasionally if running or whatever.

Strangely, we have just announced Oxen (never heard of them) as our new kit supplier ...

Looks as though they are mostly involved in rugby league/ union, will be interesting to see how this one pans out. Our club are ver thorough in their processes for sure.

Only the home one isn’t it?

Interesting to see what Puma do as we like to design our own kits so assume it won’t be a templated design a lot get with the big name manufacturers.

Errea did some great design and loved the short sleeved keeper tops and training gear so have to see how Puma live up, Errea we’re good for designs but the sponsors falling off a lot of kids shirts this season wasn’t ideal!

Robbie Williams I assume won’t be designing this one or like last year waltzing out at his concert to unveil it holding aloft the trophy so won’t live up to that but sure it will be well done.

Didn't he die last year?

If you meant the Cricketeer David Warner..... Didn't his career die last year? He's from Sydney so I care not.

Puma were awful for us. They just used the same templates for so many clubs but just changing the colours to suit the clubs.

Seem to be a few bespoke ones this year such as Chesterfield so hoping not, not expecting the pre match bespoke warm up stuff and walk out jackets mind which is a shame as they were decent.

We're changing from Joma to Adidas. More stripes on our stripes.

Not surprised we've moved, not because Errea were bad, but Liam was asked earlier in the year whether we'd be staying with them and he was very non-committal.

Apparently this was Cambridge's Hummel away kit from a few seasons back...what's the betting they just make this quarters rather than halves, then hey presto, instant Wycombe kit?

We've ditched Errea (thankfully!) and have announced a partnership with Umbro.

We're releasing the kits on 22nd June. Why wait? Get them on sale while everyone is on a high.

I got the usual shout of "Gasheeeead" from about 30 yards away from someone working in New New New York in Las Vegas.
Turns out he was actually an ex-pat Blackburn fan and started chatting to me about Jason Roberts!
