Ref just bottled sending McLean off again for a clash that led to a 2nd barrow player being stretchered off. Not malicious this time, but a definite yellow.

Wasn't even a foul.

Barrow players going in with heads and elbows every time. Not Wrexhams fault they keep coming off worse.

Fletcher is a joke at this level even on one leg at 36.

I've enjoyed seeing him up against James Chester. You can see they've both played at a higher level. If Fletcher stays fit and can play these 60-70 minute stints he's a massive boon to our squad.

Absolutely massive win. A total lack of quality from both sides - that was a win build on effort, resilience and courage. Delighted to win today while we've still got an entire midfield missing and at least a couple of players continuing to play when they're clearly not properly fit.

Just the thirteen minutes injury time at EP. Not that I think we'll do anything with it, been dreadful.

Nowhere near good enough going forward. Oliver and Smith are both not up to it and I'd be quite happy to see both leave this window. Derbyshire needs to retire - he's been stealing a living since his mate Hughe gave him a contract.

Still, even though we were massively subpar, we should have got something from today's game. You could tell Crewe were missing a few players as they were really poor.

Wow what a shocking second half from both teams but especially us chasing the game, clueless. 1 point against two poor teams in Morecambe and Crewe over the last 6 days has shown us what most City fans knew already, that despite our upturn in results we’re mid table fodder.

Alexander got both his tactics and subs wrong. Bringing on Derbyshire was Hughes-esque. We're just spending large portions of games hoofing it and nothing else. That plus the omission of Chapman and the reluctance to give Pointon a decent chance is going to wear out my patience quite soon. He doesn't seem to like anyone who can play football.

Dragged them down to our level most of second half, helped by the rain. Poor visitors on the Wet Terrace. Couple of golden opportunities to nick it at the death, Taylor rounded the keeper but someone got a nick on it and he missed, then big scramble from a final corner with a clearance off the line. Our unbeaten 2025 begins.

Mansfield setting out to seriously harm someone today. First leaving Pye in a heap with a tackle from behind after twenty seconds, then trying to snap Horsfall's ankle a few minutes later.
Your talking shite we outplayed you now bugger off

Poor from us today in awful conditions. In reality were lucky to get the point.

Wrexham deservedly won in the end, but from Barrow's point of view the officials played a huge part. Summed up by Wrexham being allowed to make 6 subs in the 2nd half on 5 separate occasions from 70 mins onwards.

Alpha stuff from Mansfield there it would seem. Clough fields the reserves and the mind games work a treat.

Top 3 looking very strong now IMO.

What a pathetic shower we have, led by Donkey in Charge Flynn. Nobody, bar 1 or 2, give a fuck. The twat comes out and says game after game ‘We’re too easy to score against’. Well, do something about it you Welsh fuckwit.

Bin the fucker. Now!

We scored, we conceded, we entertained (in spells), we lost.

All too predictable but still largely fun.

Swindon deserve better than Flynn. Hope you get rid soon mate.

That was because we had two concussion substitutions. Ironically we couldn’t benefit as we didn’t have enough substitutes.
