HOOOOJ!

MATHIV!

RAFA vs GAFFER

Fat Spanish waiter vs Fat Sam

Man who managed Real Madrid vs Man who could manage Real Madrid if given the chance

Despite Newcastles better defensive showing against Leicester, they still looked short up front. 0-2!

Big Rafa could really get the fans on side with a convincing win here.

Probably the biggest derby between these in years. I'm hoping Rafa can sort Newcastle out. I'm going for a scrappy boring but tense 1-0.

you going?

i think it'll be a draw too.

No not going, too much hassle. Even going to the pub to watch it is an adventure. I shall be sat at home shouting at the tv.

Proper derby this. One of the very few games nowadays you can guarantee they'll be a cracking atmosphere

It's shit. Long balls to Mitrovic who stands no chance against two centre halves, Wijnaldum too deep and Janmaat crossing into Mannone's arms every time. Need to put two up front second half, push Wijnaldum on, let Shelvey and Anita sit.

Very poor but not really surprising.

Mitrovic takes a bad knock, looks KO'd and the medics have decided he can't continue. And he's pissed.
Well done to them though for making the decision and brave too given they're now a man down.

Loved Mitrovic at the end there. PASSION.

Good fightback from Newcastle, looked the more likely winners in the end.

meh, could have been worse. finished the game with 4 at the back but without an actual fullback on the pitch, just shows how much of an idiot jabba is. still far too static in attack. if we stay up we need a huge clear out. janmaat is, and i never thought i'd say this, an inferior glenn johnson. thinks he's an inside forward that clown. seen sunday league players with better technique than sissoko. and mitrovic needs to learn how to make a run to get some proper chances. perez is one of the most frustrating players to watch in the division. fuck all balance to this side.

The passion and determination is there, we just struggle to score.

Glad to have a point in the end

Disappointed not to have won that with only about ten minutes left to hang on. Second game in a row where we concede late on, we just can't keep a clean sheet.

Why doesn't Doumbia start? He's got a good record wherever he's been and Newcastle need goals.

Can't understand it myself really. Their attacking players are playing shit generally so he should be given a go.
