Despite the lack of signings with L2 experience which I crave, I believe we should be ok and will stay up, however things could look very bleak for Butcher if he has a shocking first couple of months in charge.

Regarding Les pulling out, he's also stated there's been a few enquiries so he's hopeful things will be fine in the long run for Newport. Plus Les is off abroad to 'retire' haha joys of being a millionaire huh?

I really hope Newport struggle.A horrid club with thug supporters.Another football league exit looms and there will be few tears in Crawley.

I can't wait to go to Crawley away. I've really missed not going there. The outstanding facilities at the ground, the ever so polite locals and the rocking atmosphere make it the highlight of my footballing calendar.

As a 'thug supporter' of my horrible club, I will certainly make sure I get to Crawley for this season's game and liven things up by knocking off as many top hats as I can. I also intend to make their monacles pop out in astonishment with my uncouth antics. I will also wave my bare arse at their butlers and valets.
