Trailer:
Far more excited for this than the FFVII remake. Glad they're telling a new story, but not sure how introducing a new antagonist to its universe will play out. Like, not only were Shadar and The White Witch/The Council 'defeated', but all evil in the world was pretty much summarily done away with...
Oh and 'Roland' is blatantly grown-up Oliver.

Watching the trailer again: one of the villains is wearing a cobra mask... didn't Oliver have to defeat the ancient kings in their demon forms in the original? A Cobra, a wolf and a few others IIRC.

Even with this dissapointing lack of Mr Drippy, this is still awesome news. A new story and such makes sense, Olivers story felt complete at the end of the first one, so I kind of hoped they'd go down that route... though at least somehow find a way to squeeze drippy in there somehow.
