Decent noise from The Woking lot today, even though alot of it was aimed towards the referee.

Yes good following from us today. Shame we didn't have much to cheer but a mostly enjoyable day out at an impressive ground.

I never even bothered counting the Braintree fans at Chester today, but no more than 20..

better estimate (Dover fans also reckoned 70-80 so should be pretty accurate)

So few Braintree fans I was able to count them from the other end of the ground......38

Very impressed by that turnout, and we've never really been the loudest. Not that I can comment, my last away game is over 3 years ago now.

The real test will be the home games though. Can't wait for Tuesday.

Just seen Southampton have 1250 at Newcastle, just puts into context how good Grimsby's travelling support was yesterday.

I'd say probably more 250 personally but I'm sure Pliny will have a second opinion.

Bigger than any following in League Two, about two thirds of League One and almost half of The Championship too. Looked like a great day, apart from the late goal. Some nice pictures up on Facebook of the shark infested away end.

Gy following (apart from exiles, making a 330 mile round trip) actually the 11th best outside the Premiershoite, but 5 of those higher could be classified as local derbys (50 miles or less). If the team match the fans' commitment for 90 mins then surely success will come because they look to have ability, just need to cut out the dozy errors.

I'm hearing Grimsby had a large away following yesterday, can anybody confirm it? Can't seem to find anything on here...
Oh dear, copying Mastor Debator's tired old jokes because you cannot think of your own...........
