I thought 85 was pretty respectable from Bromley today. Long way to come especoally given their current form.

Grimsby's slide out of the title race will put plenty of... didn't get 4k today. Imagine it's about 1200-1500 there
Yep, the Gateshead result and yesterday will knock a big chunk off.
Shame because i've been looking forward to Halifax away all season as soon as i saw it was on a Saturday but i''m really not arsed about going now.
I'm still going as it has been arranged for ages, but i'm not looking forward to it as much as i was before.
Still think we will easily take 1500+ though.

Impressive from ourselves for a Tuesday game when we're 23rd.

That 231 looks well short, plenty in the stand as it rained all night, as it always does when we go there. 1,200 Alty fans also seems rather unlikely.

We're obviously expecting a lot from Grimsby as we've opened the North stand (terrace) as well as the usual Skircoat for away fans

Oh no, we're facing the classic Tin Potter humiliation of being outnumbered in our own stadium. Can't wait to get back to Conference North, this never happens there. :ffs:

I think if it was played a few weeks ago when we still had a glimmer at the title then we might have outnumbered you, but maybe not now. Maybe a 50/50 split.

The lack of foresight from Cheshire Police has guaranteed away fans in the home end, and indeed, many have already made the short journey to Chester to pick some up. How many will make that decision? Who knows, let's hope it stays peaceful...

Course it will, there will be a few in the home sections but they will be scattered across the ground in very small groups and on the whole will go unnoticed.

Tranmere are already buying home stand tickets, the game is still 10 days away, scattered across the ground yes, very small groups yes, unnoticed, doubt it.

Tranmere are going to pack out the Deva next week apparently, in the home end and all sorts, not sure if anyone has heard about it?

Not even Wrexham make this much fuss, who are of greater interest. They get the same amount and have more incentive to just plonk themselves in the home end because of the bubble arrangements.

Don't pretend you're not looking forward to this little derby. If you say you're not, you're either miserable or lying.

No, I prefer it when we play Boreham Wood in front of their 13 fans. Far more interesting. :ffs:

The fact that over 1,500 of your fans, roughly two thirds of your average gate, found their way to Birkenhead for the reverse fixture suggests it is important to most Chester fans. You can hardly be surprised that the SWA want to get to the game in equivalent proportions. While I understand that Wrexham is your main derby now that you've moved to Wales, there was a time when the Cheshire derby was bigger. If you're that indifferent, stay away, I'm sure a Rovers fan would be grateful of your seat.

You've completely missed my point.
