There'd be less than a hundred of them when 400 of us used to rock up there in the Unibond First Division North.

Yeah I remember visiting the Class of '92's Salford back in 2015 in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier clash when they ended our 16-game unbeaten record. Like you say wasn't many Salford fans on that day.

It was a fiery ugly afternoon after Gary Neville accused supporters of causing £10,000 worth of damage at Salford's Moor Lane. Fuckin hell the ground wasn't even worth 'ten bob'

Agree with that - probably split fairly evenly between the terrace and seating.

Who's this idiot on the Wealdstone forum? Only the rugby fans think the football club are "inferior". We think the opposite. As for support, it simply isn't true to say that the rugby club "has traditionally had bigger support and this is reflected in respective home attendances". The support is about the same for both clubs, although ours is currently a couple of hundred higher. The town's BIGGEST attendances have been at the football club, indeed the rugby club has never broken 30k, something The Shaymen have done twice. As for away support, when we're not doing 500 mile round trips we'll comfortably take 3 or 4 hundred away with us, as we averaged in the National North. Probably always a good idea to do a bit of research before you run your mouth on the internet.

Decent game almost completely sabotaged by a inept referee.
The shambolic ref apart Thought you were ok. Certainly didnt play like a team who got beat 9-0 not so long ago.
Lee Mansell was passionate and excasportated on the touchline and has you set up well.

We should have won a Bobby Johnson special crashed off the bar and Yusifu Ceesay and Bailey Hobson wasted very good chances. You will be fine on that evidence.

Low crowd all round. One of our lowest all season. Maybe they're all saving it for the rematch in the fa trophy next weekend!
