No. Where have I suggested that? The fact that we’re holding up above 4,000 is a miracle and we wouldn’t be pulling more than 5,000 if we were top. Maybe I’m just overestimating Tranmere.

We didn't get many even in the Championship (as it is now) to be honest - 7-8k most seasons. Just under 5k for an early TV kick off against midtable opposition in our third non-league season is excellent for us, especially now the title is all but gone... our playoff record is appalling, and no Tranmere fan gets excited by that prospect.

In fairness for those who travelled from Dover , there were actually 19 in attendance, as three of our elderly folk were in the stands, and to keep within the rules of the FA, Barrow , unsegregated the game at some point, but didn't tell anyone
