Norwich could have striker Cameron Jerome and midfielder Alex Tettey back in their squad for the Sky Bet Championship clash with Aston Villa.

The pair have missed the last two games with back and hip complaints respectively but they have returned to training.

Forward Steven Naismith missed Saturday's defeat at Barnsley with a hamstring injury but should also be back in contention, as could goalkeeper Michael McGovern (knee).

Midfielder Louis Thompson is again ruled out with a pelvic problem but Youssouf Mulumbu is pushing for a start after impressing as a half-time substitute at Oakwell.

Jack Grealish is likely to retain his place in Aston Villa's starting line-up after scoring at the weekend.

The 21-year-old midfielder fired in a late winner against Wigan on his return to Steve Bruce's starting XI.

Ross McCormack returned from a spell on the sidelines with an ankle injury in the second half of Saturday's win and could feature once again on Tuesday.

Villa, who have lost just one of their last nine league games, would go above the Canaries in the table if they come out on top at Carrow Road.

Very tough game but Norwich are not in great form and we have a good record against them. Would take a point but we need to start turning draws into wins more often. 1.1

pretty boring first half. Norwich with the better chances and play in general. We have been dire so far going forward.
Hopefully Bruce will make some changes now

I'd like to think we can salvage a point but can't see it tbh

If we do it will be a great point. We have not looked remotely dangerous and the football has been Sunday league.

Very true. Feel sorry for the fans that went but I suppose they are used to it. Something daft like two away wins in 17 months.

Shite.

I know Bruce has done well since he's come in, but my biggest question/criticism of him is... Why does he persist with Kodjia on the left? Makes no sense to me whatsoever. Our top scorer and by far most dangerous player shoehorned out on the left.
