If Brighton hammer whoever the play on Monday by more than Burnley win they leapfrog them. Then if Boro win last day and Burnley lose they overtake Burnley too. In all honesty though they are pretty much there.

The Boro result didn't affect a huge amount. It was always likely to come down to whoever won last game. Only difference is a draw would probably be enough for Brighton if they do the business Monday.
