Sweet baby Jesus, this game is huge.

We benched our most important player on Saturday because he was 1 booking away from a 2 match suspension, however the tallies have now been reset so he's free to play again from 0. Understandable move from Shez, even if it did mean a rather shite display at the weekend, and a rare one at that away from home. It'll only be deemed a good decision though if we pick up 4pts minimum from these next two games.

We need to improve this home form, and I believe 4 of our next 5 games are at home, so this is the time where we will show whether in the 2016/17 season we will be playing in L2 or will have retained WABLO status.

Joel Coleman

James Wilson - Timothee Dieng - Anthony Gerrard - Joseph Mills

Cameron Dummigan - Matty Palmer - Liam Kelly - Jonathan Forte

Curtis Main - Aaron Holloway
Latics 2-1 Blackpool

Easily the biggest game of our season so far. Coming off the back of a heavy defeat at Sheff u we really need a reaction here.

I didn't go at weekend but I believe the midfield was badly overrun. Kelly will prob be back in and there may be a couple of other changes.

We have to win this. Obviously a draw wouldn't be the end of the world but it would mean us having to get the points elsewhere whereas this could be our springboard to escape the drop zone for the first time in nearly 5 months.

I honestly think this will be a draw but my heart is saying g 2-0 tics. Both teams are shite so it ain't gunna be a thriller

Latics win, please. I'd like you to stay up, but would rather like three points for Dale at Boundary Park as well :)

Can't believe it's been 9 years since Blackpool were last at boundary park, beating us in the playoffs in the process. That broke my 14 year old heart but a win tonight will go part way towards fixing it.

2-0 latics

Latics have had the possession so far but very little quality on show. Bitterly cold and the wind is having a part to play. The pitch is abysmal as well so it ain't gunna be a cracker.

Forte is having no luck whatsoever against the full back, no 2. He has him in his back pocket. Your no 8 with the blonde mop is a bit of a muppet however. Just looks lazy and half hearted.

0-0 is prob right. I don't see many in this. 1 will win it

Will be interesting to see who averages more next season, Shitpool or Morecambe.

Huge huge win. Both teams obviously wanted it with it kicking off twice. Chances were about even while latics shaded possession. Really could've gone either way though another night we would've lost.

Certainly makes the bottom of the table more interesting now. And the biggest plus of all is its 50 quid off next year's season ticket. Happy days

Massive win. You got to think that Oldham will have enough to stay up now this season.

Get in there! Table looks a hell of a lot better this morning. It's ironic one of our loan players only goal this season is keeping us in the relegation places. Cant complain though our 3 loan players have been brilliant.

Bring on Dale, can see Keith Hill wanting to get one over us. Would take a draw.

We can't be dealing in draws.
