Bristol City & PNE are probably the best two teams in League 1. There's not much in it. An honourable mention to Sheff Utd, as they too now have a strong looking squad. Swindon & MK too, of course; but I think PNE & City just edge it.

Not many at this level, can call on players of the quality of Beckford, Ebanks-Blake and Kevin Davies....if Joe Garner & Paul Gallagher aren't doing the business (which is very rare).

Carried away? Not at all. It's a perfectly reasonable and balanced opinion.

Look, everyone thinks their team is the best and as much as we like to slag each other off, there really can't be much argument thst Bristol City are the best of the bunch over a long period of games - not just 5.

You won 8 on the trot earlier in the season yet fell away badly, so it's now seemingly a straight fight between MK, us anf yourselves for 2nd.

And as much as you'd like to think it, there aint much between all 3 - as the 1 point shows

I said currently to be fair and considering we're the form team in the division, it's probably a reasonable statement.

If we had these players available in January then I think we would be top but we didn't so it's irrelevant.

Preston fans on here are comedy gold. Even more fickle than OTIB.

We are the best team in League One as proven over a long period of time. I look forward to the Preston gloats in the unlikely event they finish above us but until then saying they are the best in league one by a mile is a little odd. I really don't think it's the City fans being rose tinted and condescending.
