This is the most Plymouth Argyle result I have ever witnessed.

I don't know why I'm not angry or upset, I think it's because deep down I knew this was 100% going to happen. We are Plymouth Argyle. We epitomise the word 'bottling'.

I don't think this defeat is going down very well in Plymouth

Derek Adams angrily confronts Danny Webb at full time over the despicable loutish behaviour of Orient's performance and the dramatic provocative celebrations at full time.
Orient are known for it. Did they laugh on the faces of crying Argyle children?

Just looked at their forum (have an interest in Plymouth as a good mate supports them) and you are right - some want one of their own players to never play again (Donaldson) whilst others are just saying typical Plymouth (bullied by a average side) and the ref was rubbish which all losing fans say (he might have been of course)|

To compound it all appears like 2 of their best players went off injured...

In all this Orient did score 3 goals....not bad for a team at the bottom who just went to kick everyone.

if you throw enough feet around, law of averages, some of them are going to put the ball in the back of the net.

One thing I would say for Orient is, it's nice to see a load of youth players come through and be happy to go and kick more experienced pros up in the air to claim the points. The future is slightly less dark right now

Our best player was injured by Orient and our defense was a shambles afterwards. I have no idea how Orient didn't have any players sent off, one player pushed over a ball boy and didn't get a second yellow hahaha

Lots of cries for Orient to liquidatie and cease to exist on Twitter tonight, don't think our fans have taken this loss very well.

I was going to congratulate the Orient fans on this great result, but I've changed my mind after reading Sam's post. Players pushing over poor innocent ball boys? Like really? :told:

Doesn't matter. You still have to be nice to Orient for the rest of the season!

To somehow steal that at the end was a massive bonus, we was well worthy of a draw - but to nick the win was a bit of a robbery.

Plymouth should've killed us off, but we played well again for the fourth game in a row and made plenty of chances and our second equaliser had been coming.

If Massey gets injured though, we're fucked.....

Matthew Kennedy played well for Plymouth, he gave our 17 year old full back Myles Judd a tough game.

A cracking game for the neutral, we was a bit lucky not to have a man sent off though, ref very inconsistent.

.

Another youngster we had making a career for himself lower down in the leagues which is nice to see (as they will never get the chance to play for us so making a career elsewhere is the best thing for them)

Remember he was a pretty decent quick striker who scored a few goals.

You signed another youth player from us last summer (Docherty) - does he play at all?

Anyone remember losing 4-3 at home to Dagenham in the latter stages last season too? The typical Argyle feeling is all too familiar.

Fair play to Orient who came down with a solid game plan. Their props, hookers, locks and number 8 all had great games and then wingers and full backs looked constantly dangerous on the break following the turnover.

Seriously though, I can't fault it, it's as much a part of football as anything else at this level and you've got to rough it up. Not the end of the world for us. Still confident. Bounce back with the short trip to Hartlepool on Saturday.

What a result. Having read some of the Pilgrim's comments on here, and particularly the PASOTI match thread - well worth a read for a hearty chuckle; http://www.pasoti.co.uk/talk/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=98407&start=52

I can now say, with certainty, that I am greatly looking forward to watching Plymouth bottle their promotion push yet again this season.

It was impressive enough last year, and that performance against the Dons at Wembley was atrocious, but here's hoping their slide down to the play offs (or worse!) begins here!

I mean, are they for real? Complaining that our players put in a few tackles? Saying they hope we we drop out of the football league? You were weak in the tackle all game and lost. Deal with it.

Incidentally, if any Plymouth fans care to watch the highlights; any comments at all on your first goal? The striker is all over our defender like King Kong on the Empire State, if that's not a foul then I don't know what is.

He never kicked a ball for us and is now at Ards.

Ah fair enough - maybe homesick etc?

I know it might sound a bit daft but maybe Plymouth should have gone toe for toe with your apparent aggressive tactics!

Wouldn't rely on the officials to get it right - they don't in the Premier league that often so no doubt even more inconsistent and ineffective in League Two.

After all you managed to score 3 goals (including 2 late on) so there must have been more than just kicking lumps out of the opposition.

In reflection I'm not overly disappointed by this loss still 8 points clear of 4th with a game in hand, and I think this team has the ability to bounce back and not bottle like last season.

I'm also quite glad for Orient, seeing a club going through what they're going through now is never nice - especially seeing as though our club almost died and is now just back on the right path - so I hope this win will help Orient stay up so they can eventually recover and are not destined to non-league obscurity.

A fair assessment. Massey was clearly the best player on the pitch, with Kennedy second. We were in total control and then Bradley went off (remember him, not very good according to Crawley and Portsmouth) and Bully came on and we looked a bit dodgy at the back. Bradley went down in front of me and looked like a muscle thing, no one anywhere near him. Sarcevic however was clearly targeted and certainly as an ex-ref my immediate thought was "hmm which card is this?", and then we stuttered.

My view is that in the second half it got a bit tastier and the ref lost control. If the Os are getting away with it, why would you expect them to change behaviour? And we did not fight fire with fire (possibly because two of the people that could do it were off the pitch).

The one incident that worries me is the ball boy. I did not see from where I was, but based on testimony from people I trust this may be very serious and needs to be looked at. Losing the three points is losing the three points, that was our fault, but this might be a completely different situation. What I am saying is that assuming their is film coverage this needs to be looked at very carefully. I suspect the views of the lad involved and his family will be very germane to this.

Like I said earlier, I really respect your club and fans, but your players are absolute c***s. Pushing over ball boys and spitting at fans is not very commendable.
