We hear about players trying to con officials and fans by acting as if they've ben hit hard at the slightest touch but this French coach went to an even further extreme as a mighty paper aeroplane brushed his head...

If his side were ahead 1-0 in the last minute rather than behind I reckon he'd have laughed instead of feigning injury.
