This could be a cracker. Both teams need a win; both will go for a win; only one can get a win.

Both managers have selection choices to make. Which quality but maybe not 100% fit players will get the nod for Gills? Will Dale stick with a winning team or bring in Holt, Vincenti or Lund?

What's kicked on Dale's season recently has been the form of two of our classic (under Keith Hill) "broken toy" signings. Nathaniel Mendez-Laing was surplus to requirements at Posh, with questions about his commitment. He's put a good shift in for us, though, and has a knack of being in the right place to pounce on loose balls and score. Donal McDermott (signed from Salford, after dropping into non-league) has had spells recently where he's been totally unplayable. Eire could do a lot worse than pick him for the Euros.

Anyway, tonight!

A hard fought 2-1 win for Dale, to keep the dream alive.

2-0 Dale. We don't look like scoring, let alone winning.

Only bonus is that Crofts is probably out injured.

Win and the last 3 games are going to be very interesting. Lose and it's probably over for us. Come on Dale!

We've gone:

Nelson
Jackson - Egan - Ehmer - Oshilaja - Garmston
Hessenthaler - Wright - A.Morris
Dack
Norris

G.Morris, El-Abd, McDonald, McGlashan, Donnelly, Osadebe, Dickenson.

Bit different.

This is a 1-0 murdering. All it takes though is one Gills chance. We need another goal!!

What a kick in the balls. We should have won this easily. Have ourselves to blame I suppose. Gills were garbage, still got their point though.

Managed to watch the last 25 or so minutes thanks to some bloke live streaming it from the away end. Apart from a couple of free kicks, we looked in relative control of what I saw, but from following the rest on Twitter, we've done well there.

Rochdale must be shit if they can't beat us.

Seem to remember a certain Andy Cannon being particularly bad at both at Priestfield. Pretty sure he plays for you.
Oh wow this again. That was the day your lot decided to use his legs as targets for 90 minutes. He was being hacked down constantly.

So we dive, feign injury AND hack opponents down. Anything else you'd like to make up....sorry claim, about our side?

Bear in mind you have a manager who brought on Flitcroft in the last game of the season in 2009 with the sole intention of trying to injure our players so they wouldn't be able to play in the play-offs against you. Fortunately he was far too fat to get anywhere near anyone, it was quite sad really.

Their whole touchline were screaming for him to stay down. How there were only 3 minutes added first half (change of linesman and couple of injuries) and 4 second half I'll never know. Hess was down a good 2/3 mins. Add all the time wasting and subs, and you're looking at about 6/7 mins. Ref was garbage. We should have taken our chances though.

Oh and Flitcroft was played to rest our squad. He made one horrendous tackle but I very much doubt there was intent there.
