So, the judge finally comes to her decision tommorrow live on Sky News. What do people think on this issue, did he kill his girlfriend in cold blood or was it just a muffled terrible accident late at night when they were both half asleep? I mean I do things in my sleep that I have to be physically reminded of the next day to remember. Shut the curtains, the window, or pop to the toilet and I'm barely aware that I've done it.

Do you think he deserves to go to Prison and if so on what kind of charge?

Well, he's just been cleared of any murder charges all together, he can only be guilty of Manslaughter or acquitted now. So it'l be interesting to see what happens next.

He's got to be cuplable (i.e. Manslaughter) - he didn't even do the basic thing of checking where she was!! We won't find out until Friday now, dammit.

Cleared of murder? Something's not right somewhere. He shot her in cold blood, not once though, but four times!! And yes he should spend the rest of his life in prison.

My heart really does go out to that poor girl and her family.

Well, he's been given manslaughter today. Not sure on the actual sentence itself, but it won't be anything like a life sentence - not sure how I feel on it. There is 100% something dodgy going on with the entire thing.

It's a total head shaker for me. Really does not make any sense that he could spent just 5 years in jail for murder. A South African rapper (he was black) got 20 years for killing some kids with his car, and he certainly did not mean to. Not unlike firing a gun FOUR times anyway.

Yes, there does certainly seem to be quite a lot of things that don't make a great deal of sense surrounding the entire thing!

Freed from jail but going to be under house arrest..

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-34540694

Olympic and Paralympic athlete Oscar Pistorius, jailed for killing his girlfriend, is to be freed from prison to house arrest next Tuesday, a South African parole board says.

He was sentenced to five years in prison in 2014 after being found guilty of culpable homicide, or manslaughter.
