A good tip for fast levels is to get a bunch of eggs close to hatching then use a lucky egg, go on a little walk to complete them all and before the lucky egg runs out, evolve a bunch of shitty pokemon that only take a few candies to evolve and are everywhere, like pigeons and rats. You'll ping through the levels.

I should probably do the lucky egg thing, been playing it quite a bit and only on level 15.. Yet see quite a few people around me on 20-25..

Living in the sticks, I get nothing but Pidgey's and Ratatas, so there's been a few trips to Queens Park in Chesterfield which is great.

Only level 10, despite having it well before it was released in the UK, and no gym battle yet as theres none near me or at Queens Park.

I bloody hate living in a rural area with no bloody pokestops! Had a walk a few miles up the road to the shops, thinking there must be one around there and there isnt! Then got caught in a rainstorm on the way home which was nice.

Yeah, I had a look at NYC with Pokevision... Pokemon EVERYWHERE as well.

No progress other than catching a few Spearows, due to living in the countryside. Queens Park tomorrow, just to catch Pokemon ffs.

Got meself a couple of lure modules and two lucky eggs to hopefully get a shitload of XP. Been saving a few evolutions for the lucky eggs too.

On another note, I downloaded a hacked version earlier where you can walk and cheat the GPS. It didn't detect where I actually am though, and dumped me in America in the most ridiculous spot ever. Pokestops literally everywhere, all next to each other... Lure modules on all of them. Pokemon popping up everywhere.

If all major cities are like that, then fuck off Niantic!

I may actually go into the city center in Plymouth tomorrow for the first time since having Pokemon... will be interesting to see what that's like. I'm just sticking to parks for now. Though I'm also tempted to see what Dartmoor is like... so long as I can get signal there, that could be fantastic.

Also, a random fact... of all of the Pokemon Go groups on facebook for specific cities... Plymouth is the biggest in the world right now, having just over taken the group for people from New York That's insane.

When I see something that isn't a pidgeon or a rat, I'm like 'ooooh whats this!' I imagine it would take a lot of that away if you couldn't take a piss without hitting a fucking Snorlax in the pan

I think I agree with you on that, as frustrating as it is. I'd never even been in Queens Park before this bloody game. Was there nearly 3 hours today.

Had my two lure modues, lucky eggs, and incense going at once, whilst sat between two pokestops. Jumped from level 10 to 13. Exciting times.

Ton at Hammersmith where I work, might be because it's in proximity to the Thames. Mind you, saw a few walking through Epping Forest today... so maybe not!

Haven't seen that PokeVision before... Saw two eevee's just down the road, ended up doing a 1.16km walk after midnight to track them down... What is life?

9 mile walk today. Hit approx 25 pokestops but didn't catch anything great.

Couple of pidgeys, couple of Gastlys, a few more abras, nidoran, poliwag, goldeen, magikarp, first koffing and a shit load of rattatas. I put my first lure on a pokestop and caught approx 10 rattatas and nothing else! On the local rare ones I got a couple of staryus, a goldeen, couple of magicarp, bellsprout, jigglypuff, couple of horsea and a tentacool. Also hatched a paras.

The lure was disappointing, that area of town did go from very quiet to quite busy in quite a short period of time though!

The worst part was a mile from home my second phone ran out of battery so I didn't get to see if I could get any more around the lake.

Mate that's a potential Gengar, Nidoking, Poliwrath and Gyarados. Aso Jiggylypuff won Melee EVO if that matters at all. Not a clue about the inns and outs of levelling/evolution on pokemon go but theres some good potential there.

Taking over gyms now me. Bunch of kids fighting over a gym earlier and I wandered in like Anakin Skywalker and slaughtered all the younglings. Felt bad, but if you wanna the very best that noone ever was....
