So finally and I think most Notts fans will agree that we can now start to look forward to football once again.

Unfortunately for Cooper he has joined the club with the next 3 games being probably the toughest run of the season, starting at Portsmouth on Friday followed by Wycombe (bogey side) on Monday then Northampton away on the Saturday next.

Any points from these will be good although I really cant see it immediately, first things first lets start scoring again.

I'm going for 3-1 with Notts leveling

All season pretty much you seem to have our fixtures just after us. Thought it was just a coincidence but our last game was Pompey, then Wycombe then Northampton!

Tough start for Cooper, especially when you throw in Mansfield too (people seem to care about that one apparently) but he's not Fullarton and we're 13 points clear of relegation with a game in hand so there's not much pressure on him at all.

hoping we win this one, to cheer up some of the doom and gloom merchants (yes we have them despite being in the top 6-7 all season). tough game though and hoping "new manager syndrome" don't kick in

Now Fullarshite has gone Aborahs back in the team. We may actually have some threat and create chances. You never know, we may even play people in position.

I feel like the club is cleansed a bit, will actually go to game on Monday.

Hopefully a better performance and a draw would be nice. All my Mrs family are Pompey so will stop them crowing for a while

Happy with that, first half was all stop start due to all the challenges flying in (all but one from Notts) so not alot happened but just like the York game last year we got the goal right before half time and the game was done. Defensively we mopped up pretty well not a single shot on target conceeded.

Cant get much better from a full team performance really today, solid defence, took us a little while to work county out but once we got going...

A decent enough performance from us, especially in the second half but blimey Notts County were fucking dreadful!
