I'd be happy with a cheeky 1-0

We need points from this game and our next one vs York with Southend, Shrewsbury and Plymouth to come.

Being very very kind here....the players and management of Mansfied may be disappointed in their behaviour after the match, some of the fans ( the ones who think its still the 70s) ought to have a word with themselves

What word do they need to have with themselves?

Please elaborate? I didn't go.
early reports are of Mansfield players fighting amongst themselves in the tunnel, one of your subs had a pop at our mascot, who I believe is a lady inside, and a minority of your fans were acting like it was the seventies looking for bother, now Hartlepool is a tough but fair town , if you want a great day out you will be made welcome , if you want bother you can have it, I just wouldn't recommend it

I'm sure none of that happened and hartlepool are probably speaking shit.

Understansable now they are within reach of the relegation sides.

Seems there appeared to be several hartlepool fans get a hardon too easily over things - Mansfield are safe and probably allowed them a too easy game.

No preference on who goes down but great play to moore if he keeps that riff raff up

I seem to remember something similar when we played Mansfield at home, one of their subs having an argument with a couple of our fans. Well, I think it was against the stags anyway.

On a separate note, Junior Brown's(?) high boot was horrific. Doubt he meant it, but could've ended badly for the Pools player.

I don't think Mansfield are making many friends on their travels , and in fairness it's not their job to, but playing in that manner will only get you so far, admittedly further than us, but looking ahead , if we get out of this we will be looking to advance, not just kick ourselves to 4th or 5th bottom year in year out

I'm not so sure, if the ball bounces up and he's going to control the ball and the hartlepool lad runs into his boot is it really a red?

I'm not really defending it, but if there is 50/50 around you can put your foot up to get the ball its a harsh decision.

Good win for Hartlepool. We were shocking and 100% a red.

As for our fans bar a smoke bomb they didn't do anything wrong in the ground. There were enough home fans in town who are still living in the 70.

Both times I've seen Mansfield fans up close this season they've seemed to have a large number of c*** for fans

Mostly the c*** involve a bunch of 13-14 year olds who think they're hard going round telling everyone they're in the M.S.E.

Yeah. You get that with all clubs unfortunately, idiots.

We travel away quite well and have a good time usually too.

Got to admit I was sat enjoying a pint in that Weatherspoons and there was some chanting between Mansfield and Hartlepool fans and it was all in good humour and taken as intended. Then I heard some knobhead, Mansfield fan try starting a chant of "Your youths embarrassing"

Shame, alot of them are decent lads. A few 14/15 year olds follow them around and they're the ones with the Smoke bombs trying to fit in

Still made a good atmosphere though, Didn't stop singing and deserved more than what we were treated to.

As for Hartlepool? Does anyone know that **** that sits in the top bit in that corner? I'd love to take some of whatever he does before the games, He was dancing back and forth in a 10 yard line for the whole second half and clapping like a deformed seal.

You'd love to spend half an hour and a pint with him.

If it was someone who just can't control his excitement then fair enough have a go, but if he has issues I don't think name calling is a very charitable thing to do
