It wasn’t even just the football yesterday, getting there was a nightmare as the trains I was on were packed as well as impacted by a points failure so very nearly missed kick off.

And then coming home was a nightmare from Fratton due to strike action and 4 coach trains turning up already packed out. Pretty sure they weren’t running a timetable and just seeing what train turned up!

Was well and truly “one of those days”, luck was out all around.

I’m never going to Fratton Park to watch us again I don’t think!

The roads were just as bad. Took 3.5 hours to get to Portsmouth non stop from Luton yesterday, with a number of diversions - a trip that should take about half that. Ridiculous on that M25.
