Unchanged from Boxing Day, no surprise there. Bar Digby that's about our best eleven with Reuben a bit out of sorts but hopefully ready to come on and put the cherry on a win.

Sounded slightly on top with one or two clear chances but nip and tuck and Cheltenham pressing and crossing well. Sounds like it could go either way.

Chelts look good on the brake. The pace of the game has slowed, and the initiative with it.

Wow, did not see that coming at 2-0. Fairly even game up until then but after those two goals we were out of it. Then one late Christmas gift for Varney (absolute howler by fgr defender) and one massive scramble and we've got away with a point. Really enjoyable game (in the end) with a great atmosphere especially towards the end, both sets of fans really getting into it.

Sounded like you'd actually started the second half better but then went behind against the run of play. First was a gift then my computer blew up and by time I got back on line you were level, sounded like Montgomery dropped the ball in a scramble. Stupid bloody game this football :D

That's the drama of football for you. Cheltenham were always in the game though. At 2-0 a good side would have seen that out, Cheltenham maybe just deserved a point. We screwd it up, simple. Move on. Still a point gained. But I'm not watching the highlights tonight, what a howler to make it 2-1!

If it was a boxing match, I'd say at half-time that we were behind on points, but didn't need a knockout going into the last round.

Second half was a cracker though, we came out of the blocks much quicker and appeared to be the team likely to score. A cock-up by Ben Tozer (his first since being moved to centre-back) gifted FGR their first, and then a few mins later after we looked to be getting back into it, he did the exact same thing.

At 2-0 we looked dead and buried and it was only FGR's mistake that really got us back into it. Although Reg still had a lot to do, holding off two defenders to finish it brilliantly. We then went on the attack and the equaliser was another gift really (all 4 goals were today). I honestly thought the ref had given a free-kick which tempered my celebration a bit.

The last 10 mins was brilliant - both teams really going for it. I imagine heart monitors for all fans would have gone mental following that.

All in all, I think a draw was a fair result, but yet more evidence that this is not a relegation team. We're fighting for every point and the mid-table thread beckons.

FGR confuse me because since Cooper took charge, they're littered with mistakes that lead to goals.

I'm saying that, maybe I'm just noticing theirs more because I expect them, I dunno. Either way, something can't be right if it continually happens.

Cracking second half, especially the last 10. Both sides conceded 2 quick goals soon after making double substitutions.

Enjoyed that, much better game then last time, stewards mainly decent tbf.

I've seen Phil Mitchell's comment to the teenage fan, and frankly I don't think it's as bad as was made out.

The girl said she didn't know teams could loan players, he said it sums up the FGR fanbase. It's hardly a personal dig at her, or anything even remotely offensive to be fair.

Totally agree. We have so many middle class Daily Mail types that want to be outraged by anything.
