He was with us, but a couple of years older, lower division and a bit of confidence he might be ok. He certainly had pace to burn.

Maybe, although his subsequent loan spells at Macclesfield and Grimsby don’t appear to have gone very well either.
He was absolutely useless the few times he got on the pitch for us. Had he played more he might have been in line to be worst player of the season, but fortunately he was limited to a few 10 to 15min cameos.

Tamworth away for us on the 31st July, and Wrexham fans are allowed in!

It'll be the first Wrexham match we've been allowed into since our drab 0-0 draw with Eastleigh in March 2020.

We've had to cancel tonight's friendly against Cheshunt due to ''player availability and injuries". I'm starting to wonder if we've had another covid outbreak or most of the squad are isolating due to being in contact with someone infected.

Battered Lge 2 big spenders Stags 1-0 in a behind closed door game today

Fear us
Anybody got a link to that HMS Piss the league picture that the Vale fans had early last season before they all disappeared when they started losing?

We had about 200 Swans fans last night, which was so good to see. They sang It’s Coming Home all game. Wrexham fans are you intending to do the same all season?

Miller has scored more times this preseason than in the entirety of last season. He loves Dover. Must be the fine French cuisine and culture.

Ashford & Deal, Folkestone next not much of a challenge for Miller.
Stevenage next Saturday might be more a test.

Very odd behaviour

We're up the road at sunny Matlock tonight for our second outing before Bradford and Vale come to town next week.

Sorry Chief I have never come across the term pants bait (click bait yes). It was actually funny the first few times, but it got a bit boring by the end, I guess like any witty chant.

Apparently we have a winger playing in our friendly tonight as a trialist who was at Barnet last season.

Any ideas Barnet fans?

Seems he’s might be called Kofi and we reckon he was a guy released by you a couple of years agos and dropped out the game.

guessing he’s one for the dev squad.

No it won’t be him.
It's the one in the bottom link Stoney Ground put up. Kofi Anokye Boadi. As you say looks like one for this development project we're getting going.

Ben Barclay is the other "trialist". The word is he's signed but can't be confirmed at this date because of a techincality somewhere along the line (maybe money he'll be owed if he doesn' join a club before a certain date?).

We won 3-1 at Matlock tonight - Mandeville, Rowe and Tyson netting infront of over 1600 in the crowd so we’ve given them a nice little pay day too.

Rowe thunderbolt worth the admission fee alone aswell

I know it’s weaker opposition, but I like what I see in Stefan Payne. Looks an absolute nuisance, putting himself about asking questions of CB’s and perfect foil for a more prolific strike partner such as Rowe / Asante. See whether he can replicate it against Bradford next Tuesday

Also Jamie Grimes looks an excellent addition
