Can't see Grayson changing the team for this one although I think Welsh, Cunningham and maybe Clarke are available. Can't be fucking around with that defence after six clean sheets unless you're forced to. I'm not overly keen on Gallagher in this 'Alonso' position though and it doesn't matter who plays up front with the scraps we give them.

Who would he drop though?

Reach is much more suited to the wingback role and is one of the few players we have who can carry the ball and you can't drop Huntington after his performance at QPR. Big Cunningham fan but not sure where he fits in when we play 5-3-2 which is the problem he had at Bristol City.

Blackburn didn't have to do much for the win, we were as toothless as ever in the first half then gave away a cheap freekick which we failed to deal with. Shite. Then early in the second half they break and we completely lose our heads in the box, sliding in all over the shop to give away a blatant penalty.

We picked up when we hauled that pile of shit, Doyle off (who I would send back to Cardiff tomorrow if it was up to me) and scored a deserved consolation but I never got the feeling we would equalise. Could argue a draw would have been fair but I think Blackburn saw the game out well and were much more composed at the back compared to our hoof merchants.

No idea why he plays Johnson on the right of the midfield three when he is the most left-footed player ever to have lived.

Thought Gallagher was an absolute waste of space today. Seemed to be trying too hard. Agree with SF about Doyle, wank. Thought we edged the first half but we just never look like scoring.

I normally don't agree with clapping players off when they get sent off but Bailey Wright was our best player by a mile again today. Stupid to get the 2nd booking though as now he misses Fulham and Burnley.
