Bradley Johnson whacks it from his own half, supposedly going out for a throw or something, before the wind aims it at goal and McGregor can't get near it to make it 1-0. Exactly 17 minutes and 42 seconds later, Keogh winds us back to the playoff final with a pinpoint pass across to Hernandez to make it 1-1 at half time. With the game ticking on, Mel Morris names himself as a sub and comes on in the 87th minute to score the winning goal where Craig Bryson threads a ball right through the defence. Morris uses his amazing, yet unknown, pace to catch the ball and shoot round the 'keeper. The Ipro goes mental and we don't win another game all season.
Typical we'd pull out our best performance of the season after what's been said recently.
Well that came out of absolutely know where, granted we got lucky with the first goal and then Hull going down to 10 men but still. Bradley Johnson The worst player in a Derby shirt since the turn of the year and he pulls out that performance! Chuffed for him, might do him and us a world of good. There were very very few Derby fans who wanted him in the team tonight including me so happy for him to prove us all wrong.
Hull must be fuming, our best two performances of the season both against them.
Now back to a no shots on target 0-1 loss at home to Bolton on Saturday..
