One of my favourite potential "name that ground" pictures.

Not really fair - it's Armata Aurul Brad's ground. They play at level 4 in the pyramid, in the regional Hunedoara County League. Brad is about 100 km west of Timisoara (Romania) in SW Transylvania.

He's not a Brad player. I assume you mean the no 6 not the CFI No 5 08-0-0T. He looks a bit like Corvinul defender Cosmin Ciumașu.

...or did you mean the renovated Resita locomotive - which spends loads of time training, never runs out of puff but has been known to go off the rails when under pressure.

It doesn't need to make any mention of it in words, which is what I guess you mean. I definitely pick up some undertones in the picture but maybe I'm reading too much into it. Or maybe not.

Undertones...... yeah, you're reading faaaaar too much into it to bring someones actual race/colour into the equation. Perhaps you're one of these people who go out of their way to look for offence where none is intended. Personally I took the 'joke' to be a dig at the individual who is a bit of an arsehole but perhaps I'm a bit more easy going than your goodself. You think the joke is rubbish, fair enough we're all entitled to our opinions so I hope you have the same respect when I say your reply is cringeworthy.......
