Yes he's still with us currently. I've been told he's getting realeased though. Scored some big goals for us but didn't play much because of injury. Our defence was terrible last season so I'd be surprised if Williams stayed on

Any chance of Danny Lloyd leaving? And wanting to stay local?!!

I think Lloyd re-signing is about 50/50. After a 29 goal and 20 odd assist this season he deserves to make the step up and go pro, but he has to weigh that up with his day job which I understand he's doing pretty well in too.

If he doesn't go pro, I'd expect him to re-sign with us next season.

In addition to these, James Constable, Michael Green and Craig McAllister have all been offered new contracts.

We can confirm Sam Matthews, Ben Close, Hakeem Odoffin Joshua Barnes along with Nick Hall have all returned to their parent clubs following the expiry of their loan agreements.

David Pipe, Ryan Burge, Matt Tubbs, Jack Smith, Jack Masterton, Connor Essam and Scott Wilson have not been offered new contracts.

We would like to thank all of these players for their efforts during their time at Eastleigh FC and wish them well for the future.

Finally, Ben Strevens and Paul Reid have been retained for next season in coaching and scouting roles respectively.

I assume it's to drag out content for the website to keep the clicks up. We've released a few tbf, why we don't just put out a released list is beyond me. We've always done it like this.

We've released Mani Dieseruvwe, Josh Ezewele, George Forsyth, James Hancocks, Jared Hodgkiss, Dan Sweeney, George Taylor and Wayne Thomas.

Slightly disappointed with the Hodgkiss decision, though he was the last remnant of the stupid contracts we were offering a few years back, so suspect that was a financial decision. Reckon he'll end up back at Torquay. Dieseruvwe hasn't been good enough and most of the rest are youngsters who've barely featured, with the exception of Thomas who I assume will now retire.

We've offered contracts to a few others who I expect will get moves higher up the pyramid.

I'm quote surprised by Dieseruvwe. I thought he was excellent when you guys came to EP. Thought he was exactly the type of striker we needed.

He had 1 good game in 10. He couldn't keep control of the ball, head it or hold it up and for a guy of his size it's what we needed from him.

Ironsode is far better than him.

Russell Penn who was one of only two senior players offered a new contract has turned it down. Thought he started really well but form dipped towards end of the season, maybe we just hadn't been used to someone who is half decent in midfield..

I think that's 3 players left for next season, with just goalkeeper Dunn awaiting to hear news of signing a new contract offer.

Edit: Just announce Dunn has signed his contract offer. 4 (four) players signed up for next season.
