235 tickets left. Hopefully they'll go tomorrow.

The club have taken the tickets off the website so I'm presuming we've sold out our allocation for the game!

Oddly an additional allocation has been put up for sale on Grimsby's website.

Good luck to you both tomorrow. Can't image how you must all be feeling...Who would a draw favour? I am leaning towards an away win having played you both recently !

I would say a draw favours Chesterfield as we simply have to win to try and pull away a bit, for me a draw or a defeat and we're down.

Yes now the dust has settled you realise how Chesterfield blew a massive chance against us. 30 minutes against 10 men at 1-1. I really believe that was their bonus ball and they put it back in the pot.

I don't know about anyone else but I've woke up an absolute bag of nerves, sh*tting myself tbh!!!

About to make my way to the train station armed with a lot of ale in preparation for numbing the pain should we end up losing!:dk:

Come on you spireites, I don't care how we win today, just get the job done ffs!!

I will also stick my neck out and say there may be crowd trouble.

Probably an expert on the subject so this opinion shouldn’t be ignored.

If I wasn’t at a lively Meadow Lane today, I would of been very tempted to pop along to witness L2’s biggest game of the day

I’m personally hoping for an away win

I even had a dream about the game last night. What is wrong with me? (We won 1-0 by the way, last minute Reed penalty)

Biggest game in the country today. Forget the premier league ponces playing out their overpaid Asian derby games!
I'e got the away win at 12/5 in my acca, but best of British to both sides. As the cod and us know, it' not pleasant next season if it goes wrong this!

I'm nervous as hell. But to be honest, if we can't beat this Grimsby side we deserve to go down. I worry what will happen to our club if we do though. Out of existence in a year or two probably

I'm back at work at 6 tonight and if we lose this I might just put myself through our oven instead of a load of manky bread buns.

Pretty much our thoughts too, if we can't beat the bottom 2 teams at home then we deserve everything we get.

Not if you come back at the first attempt. But you will need to change your squad drastically in order to compete at Non league level. you will also need to get yourself a manager with Non league experience.

For some reason after thinking all week we will lose this I now think we will win either 2-0 or 3-0, fuck knows why though! :dk:

I think I'm more looking forward to this game than I am going to Wembley tomorrow.

We're the worst side in this league by a mile and I'd even put money on this team going down in the league below. I just simply cannot imagine us winning any game ever. I cannot fathom the idea that Chesterfield can be worse than us. Winning today almost feels impossible but for the sake of the future of this club, we simply have to. We won't survive going down again.

First half absolute garbage from both teams, our midfield absolutely non existent! Someone explain to me how Robbie weir plays professional football????

Only player playing is kellet and he looks best player on park! Can't see this ending 0-0

Also, wtf is going on with the grimsby fans scrapping amongst themselves where all the kids are sat?? Absolutely embarrassing

No way are we scoring here, best we can hope for is a 0-0 and we won't get that, 1-0 or 2-0 to Chesterfield coming up, we are truly awful.

Those f*cking players are not fit to wear the shirt, absolute disgrace of a performance! They're spineless! The board can stick that f*cking season ticket of mine I've had for last 10 years right up their backside!

League football, it's been fun, but this abysmal set of players have seen to it that non league football is where our future lays!

We were a lot better second half but I never thought a goal was coming, couldn't tell if it was a pen but his arm was definitely out and to be honest I couldn't care less if it was or not. Fully expected Mitch Rose to blast it over the bar too so such relief when it went in, can't remember celebrating a goal like that since the play off final goals. Psychologically now surely Chesterfield are fucked as we were so bad in the first half that's when they had their chance to finish us off.
