We'll comfortably stay up such is the diabolical standard of this league. We are worth an inclusion for bantz though.

Our forward line consists of a 16 year old who's only played youth football, a target man who scored 8-9 goals in the South last season & a player who's a major question mark

Unless we bring in some different players or i'm majorly overestimating the step up from Conference South.....we will be involved in this.

Who will get relegated is no longer any of my business, but I can't help feeling Guiseley will fill one of the spots, they remind me of Altrincham too much.

Unless Sir Nicky Clee stays fit, obviously....

Interesting no-one has us down for a relegation scrap. Or to finish down there at least

We don't have anything close to a team yet let alone a squad so too early to speculate at this point.

Both Halifax and Harrogate splashing the cash for promotion. Paying far more in wages than we can!

Your 3G pitch will keep you up. I can't wait for everyone to go mental at it when they lose at your place.

I feel the same for Maidstone but people are predicting they'll go down. Tough place to go next season.

Braintree look like their in for a tough season, won't be surprised to see them at the wrong end of the table come April. Hope Chester can survive with what increasingly looks like a weaker team than last season.

Yeah I'm not inspired by our team for next year. Unless Ben Greenhalgh turned into Leo Messi in his year at Concord, I don't see where the goals are coming from.

Think we'll struggle but just about have enough to finish somewhere between 13th-17th, assuming we sign a striker who has played above Ryman Prem level.

Not sure how Garry Hill will cope though without being able to loan in 30 players a season in the hope that one turns out like Dan Goalman.

Ferriby surely guaranteed to go down with Braintree to struggle along Guiseley, Maidstone, Bromley and Solihull.

Very early days yet of course but we do appear to be assembling a stronger squad than last season.
Clee and Rankin linked up well together last night as you would expect. A couple of the triallists looked decent too.
I'll hazard a guess now that we'll finish 17th :D

Have you still got Emile Sinclair? think he has to be most hated player to ever wear the shirt

Nope, he didn't do enough to be honest.
I've never seen a striker run like he had two broken hips before!
You could see he had pace and a good 1st touch but looked 'broken'.

If we aren't in danger I'll be really surprised, hopefully we can scrape survival though. Honestly the only promoted side I see making any real impact this season is Sutton, think the rest of us are in for a long old fight to stay up. One might succeed, but not all three of us. Other than that I'd guess Boreham, Guiseley and Woking might be down there, maybe Dover and/or Braintree as well, that run to the play offs must have been hard for a team of part-timers and I fear they might feel the effects this season.

For me I agree. All sides coming up will probably have difficulties but also expect Guiseley, Woking, Braintree and Southport to have a say in this as well unless we see some additional summer activity

Emile Sinclair was mint at Macclesfield. Won games on his own!
I think he maybe won one game "on his own", most others he just spent all game using his rapid pace to run the ball straight off the pitch before defenders could get near him.

Well he never did anything for us,total and utter waist of space, will be amazed if anyone gives him a contract,I go to same gym where players go and I'm not joking I'm 45 and did at least double to what that lazy sod did.

Other than Sparrow's faux posturing, can others explain why Woking will be down there?

They won't tear up any trees, but I have them as lower mid-table at the minute.
