Our first game there since my parents were knee high to a grasshopper.

Should be looking to win this one.

We're half decent at home but we're so unpredictable. Hill mentioned making changes for this game, due to the regulars letting us down. Defensively we're woeful at times, proven by the 6-1 drubbing at Barnsley the other week, but then we can beat top of the league at home.

Dale 3-0 Millwall.
No idea why I think that.

You might beat us but I'd be very surprised if it's that comfortable, especially given how weak you say your defence is.

We could easily win this...but just as likely lose it.

The one consistent thing about Dale this season is that we are inconsistent.

I didn't manage to get to the game at Millwall, but by all accounts the useless Dale team showed up. Thus, expect the half decent one to put in an appearance tomorrow.

Many coming up? Should be a new ground for most.

New ground and a Saturday game with our good away form, somewhere north of 600ish, maybe more as it's pay on the doors.

Good stuff. Always had a good time with 'Wall fans when I've met them before. Enjoy the day...

Disgusting! Absolutely abysmal officiating. Goal scorer in front of the keeper. Millwall are a horrid team with horrid fans.

Taken a few pictures of the away end. Share them later if you wish. Our steward bill will be high today that's for sure.

It's about time we got some decisions off a lino, so swings and roundabouts and all that.

And by all means do so.

Oh give over. The officials are scared of your so called fans. Utterly biased display today from them. Game should have ended 0-0 no side deserved to win it. It was won from a farcical decision.

Five away wins on the trot, I believe. Be interesting to see the decision later, not that I particularly care either way.

Scunthorpe and Posh to visit the Den next week. Big, big couple of games, those are. Four points would be lovely.

From this who have seen it, the goal was onside. Telling that Hill didn't make much mention of it afterwards.

There were a couple of strange decisions, just like you'll get fom any red, but he didn't spoil the game. Millwall look a solid side.

If that is true then the Millwall fans are doing a great job for the team.
Perhaps your lot should try making some noise

Looks like a tight game in which we had a bit of luck and an in-form striker who made a difference. Will absolutely take that at this point in the season. 2 massive home games coming up now, which if we can start to replicate our away form will begin to see us consolidate a play-off spot.

While Rochdale battled well and were in the game, Millwall were the better side in a scrappy game, marked by a lot of fouling (and all in wrestling from Dale, the Ref and Linos were useless, couldn't even get simple throw in decisions correct.

Calvin Andrew was causing some problems in the air before he pulled something or other making on of his leaps. Romeo had to clear one of the line and Rochdale had to survive a flurry of corners, with a couple of runs of 4 or 5 on the trot. Greggs goal takes him up to 19 for the season, at Christmas he didn't look like he would ever find his feet at this level.

Millwall just about edged a scrappy game played on a bumpy pitch. The officials were poor for both sides.
Henderson could have had a penalty in the first half...if not given then he should have been booked for diving. He should have been sent off in the second half for a nasty off the ball challenge which led to him and Millwalls defender going into the book. Annoying, because after Calvin went off, Hendo was our only threat offensively.

Having seen Millwalls goal again; it's fine, although at the time it looked questionable.
Great numbers and noise from Millwall supporters...shame about the 20 or so Dale dickheads who decided to goad them after the game...and got a good chasing for their troubles. I walked right through it all, and it was definately Dale scumbags at fault.

Four playing him onside

As for the afters....

Apparently one of them ran into 'an accidentally on purpose' car door opening while escaping some Lovely Lovely Geezers and fell helpless onto the ground into their slightly out of breath clutches.

The 6 yard box is an indicator of how far onside he is.
Look at the state of our defending on that picture. Atrocious.

there was 700 away fans, what 2000-3000 Dale fans? Surely if they are vocal and intimidating enough then that should inspire your fans to be the home support and make it about Rochdale?

Our home form has been great this year, 1 loss (to Millwall ironically) and we've had some flat performances (fair few draws against struggling/mid table sides) and some superb top performances... these top performances have generally come against the so called big sides who have had big support in the Hamil End (Wigan, Burnley, Coventry, Sheff United to be precise, only the devastating performance against Doncaster was in front of a relatively low away following). In each of those games the home atmosphere was far better because with a large or vocal away following it gets the home ends going, so surely you can't moan at the Millwall fans for being intimidating? Your the home team with the bigger support in attendance its up to your support to nullify that!
