3 and a half year deal? They must be praying to avoid relegation then
Confirmed - https://www.chesterfield-fc.co.uk/news/2019/january/20190109-new-manager-announced/
Dave Allen also back in the building with some interesting quotes.
How have you managed to get him in? Must be offering a fair wedge like.
The best for any manager in League 2 and the National League apparently...
Oh we are.How have you managed to get him in? Must be offering a fair wedge like.
Oh we are.
That's the scary part
Risky move from Sheridan, but if he is happy because he is living more local to his family then fair enough.
He will need to adapt to this league, like most managers of the elite brotherhood clubs.
He'll need to quickly understand that you aren't going to win by large margins every week despite a superior playing budget, you have to be organised first before anything else.
Will never forget Steve Davis last season for us, thinking we could go out and out play everyone every week with slow possession football...............
Yet Hartlepool didn't even consider him it seems!
IMO this could be a turning point for York.................
Certainly the former. Watson is a good managerYeah, either that or he was sensible enough to not touch us with a barge pole.
