Anybody else watched this? Basically boot camp that people get kicked off as it gets harder. Some of it looks gruelling and it's probably been softened down as well.

Yep saw it last night and last week. Mixture of pretty brutal physical drills with a mental aspect thrown in for good measure to f*ck with you. Beasting the group until people start dropping out, which gets progressively tougher as the group get's better, that must put a lot of pressure on you. Interesting stuff.

It looks pretty brutal, SAS selection is far more gruelling than this though. I'd say is this aiming more towards Marine level, but to use the SAS name I'd imagine this is going to get tougher.

Sky+'d it, but not seen any of it yet.

I'm assuming it's very similar to Hell Week, which finished on C4 a couple of weeks back?

They say they've condensed what they can of a 6 month training regime into 8 days.
