Guiseley lost 3-0 but on this performance I'll bet that they avoid the drop.
The biggest talking point was the referee's ineptitude. Both managers were shouting up at referee's accessor - something that is virtually unknown.

The standard is getting worse all the time, although the ref did well to ignore the constant nagging of their players but he did get conned for quite a few free kicks especially in the first half.

Its easy to say when you've just won, but what a cracking club Solihull Moors are. Never received such a warm welcome as an away fan before.
Better team won, but 3-0 was a bit cruel on them.

Ricky Miller, un bloody believable. Will give a more insightful comment tomorrow, but despite the score line, Braintree weren't too bad, and Elokobi really impressed me.

No defence in the league would've stopped Miller today, 3 brilliant finishes and a free kick that the keeper should've probably saved

We can easily afford Miller, wish we'd go for him, happy to see our attendance was up there again today 1,700 great number for such a tiny area!

I don't know how mch miller's worth. We had this discussion earlier and all agreed that we're extremely unlikely to get an offer anywhere near enough for us to let him go before the end of the season. He's worth more to us than he would be for any club who would buy him.

I've never seen a player generate such excitement amongst supporters, especially the kids who idolise him like they would a Premier League star. It's refreshing and exciting to see someone like that at Crabble, and I'm sure having such an exciting player in the team puts bums on seats

When did "useless fat lump" Rhead last score a goal?

What happened?

Sounds like we gave a decent account of ourselves?
The free kick we won wasn't a foul and should never have been given if I'm being honest. Still, however our goal came about, we thoroughly deserved a point today.

The BBC Sport table for the National League says that North Ferriby have scored six goals. SIX. This must be an error.

Surely 6 games without scoring is nearing a Conference record?

I would be interested to know what the record is for not conceding as today was our sixth league game in a row where we have kept a clean sheet.

Eight, catch us up before you start thinking about that. Our seven and a half game run came to an end today, first goal conceded since Carter for you down here last month.

Oh well, never mind, we have Solihull on Tuesday evening which might make it seven...but next Saturday it is the Daggers, who will probably be our most difficult game to far this season, think they might just score against us.

I shudder to think what your crowds would be like without him then. What was it, just over a thousand today?

He's a top player in this league no doubt.

Simply not good enough, again. Unless we find an actual midfield, we're relying on four teams being worse than us.

A good, unexpected point for us. I couldn't see past a Barrow win but the players stepped up. A fair result for both sides. FGR will be pleased that Tubbsy scored to deny Barrow points. Six games unbeaten at FORTRESS KINGFIELD now.

The one that matters is on Tuesday against Braintree. Could move six points clear of the relegation zone.
having seen the highlights on WTV i'm not sure that was a penalty - Diarra missed the ball - but at most grazed the strikers arm - who then did the usual cheating move of grabbing his face and rolling around to con the penalty - but hey ho... the 12 game run continues... should have won though i think

This is going to sound absurd but he's scoring too many!!

Looked at the programme yesterday and I think that is twelve starts sixteen goals!

And when I say he's scoring too many, come January with just four months of a contract left, which initself obviously heavily dilutes his worth and my fear is that there is, will be, too many clubs watching him and wanting to sign him, and we simply couldn't afford to turn down 'decent' money just to keep someone, anyone for that period. Emotionally yes of course keep him, but commercially and I hate to say this it would just be madness and JP is not daft that's for sure

Good day out at Maidstone yesterday, and I must say that the set up at Maidstone is first class, good ground, and a good set of fans, after Wednesday sack of Shiite v alfreton, thought we played well and second half were easily the better team and could have won by more, Russel Penn man of match

Ref gave a very harsh free kick on the half way line which you promptly chipped forward and scored from. There was still a bit of defending to do before the net bulged mind you so we only have ourselves to blame. I thought we looked very comfortable though until that point so if I had to be honest, I don't think you'd have scored if it wasn't from that free kick.

But hey ho, that's football.
