Fucken hilarious Masi still thinks Bolton are within the 1.5m cap.

Clueless on football, geography and maths.
i thought you had stopped replying to my posts
I am honoured some one so educated keeps putting me right.
First of all you had no clue who Dick Pym was. So i guess thats History and Football that you are clueless on.
You had no idea how the 5k you received built your ground. Finance not your strong point.
The 5k was a decent investment St James park must be now worth 10k.
Politics are certainly something you know nothing about, you got ridiculed on here by some socialist from the Wirral. You can google where the Wirral is
Geography not your strong point ,
Right i will help you with the Salary cap...Get your abacus away the is no need to use them these days,
Sign three players on good lge 2 wages. Sign another 5 on slightly less wages. Now here is the trick you then sign three players from reserve teams on loan for very little money, and another 10 on basic wages with appearance and performance incentives.
Grand total well under 1.5m per season.
You can read this in the morning because it is way past your bed time now.

Pleased with two away wins and two clean sheets in a week. We were unbeaten had knocked Plymouth out of the league cup and had good momentum before the club curse struck again with covid hitting our squad and having to postpone games. Just waiting for the curse to strike us down again, wonder what it will be next....

Why do you keep saying I don't know who Dick Pym was you weirdo. He's one of our most famous players, and has been brought up plenty of times on our forum over the last 10 years with a non relation Christy Pym coming through our academy. You're not some sort of footballing God, you know fuck all but you bleed on like you know everything about every club and player. You embarrass yourself with each post. A quick Google won't make you fit in. I genuinely don't think you've ever watched a football match in your life.

Was out on Saturday, so missed our match and just seen Carlisle's equaliser. Fucking hell, that's shocking from Macca. He needs dropping. We've missed out on five points due to his mistakes on the last three goals we've conceded. Bag those points and we're 12th with a game in hand, which could potentially put us in the playoff spots as things stand.

I wonder if Ian Holloway called out his goalkeeper and told him to "man up"?

Football is was a working class sport....Things are said both on the pitch, training ground and dressing room which
you would not call pc right.
Thankfully Racism is being eroded from the game.
I dont see much wrong with Evatt telling Crellin to man up, but it should of been in his office with just those two present.
If Evatt does not think him good enough to play first team football he has the power to take him out of the firing line.

The term 'man up" and its friend " grow a pair" are derogatory as they imply that you have to be male to be strong.

Before everyone jumps down my throat I am well aware that's not what the Bolton manager meant but the joy of pc speech is it makes you question what you are saying and if it does unconsciously discriminate against one section of society or not.

If you find the term grow a pair or man up derogatory and offensive then you need to man up and grow a pair.

It was the fact he called him out publicly that was wrong, not that he used an apparent discriminatory term. Jesus wept

I did not say I found it derogatory. I just stated the reason it was considered derogatory.

Language changes over time and what was once considered to be perfectly acceptable in polite society can become extremely offensive and vice versa. For instance, once you would have been thrown out of a church for saying "golly" or "gosh" now...?

I happen to think Evatt is showing his own inexperience by calling out his keeper in this way.

I think in the context of todays heightened awareness of male depression and certainly emphasised over the weekend it maybe is not the wisest comments, plus a keeper is often very much a confidence based position surely so tearing into a 20 year old with low confidence on the pitch publicly is not likely to aid his performance levels!

Who gives a shit what people think is offensive? It's subjective and nonsense and means feck all.

I find Plymouth Argyle's existence 'extremely offensive'

Let's ban them too

There's almost no subject you won't parade your ignorance on; free speech is about the state restricting your right to say things, not basic good manners and a bit of consideration for others. You can ask a grown-up to explain those concepts to you.

I have to agree with The Jovial Forester.

Freedoms come with duties. Free speech does mean you have the right to be offensive but please be aware that you are actually offending someone otherwise you are not protecting a freedom just internalising your ignorance.

You're suggesting I said something that I didn’t, then argued against it. Lmfao

But what Casey described by using the word discriminatory, means a breach of law. I mean, how many different laws would little ignorant Jovial want me to quote? 1975 Gender Equality act? 2010 Equality Act? All the new hate speech laws? Using the word discriminatory implies Evatt broke the law.

Stick to chatting about veganism buddy, you probably know more about that than me.

I have to agree with The Jovial Forester.

Freedoms do not come to with duties, otherwise they are by definition not free! Could not give a shit if I offend someone. It's all subjective, and by forcing someone to limit their speech to not offend someone, offends me. But guess what, nothing happens when ya offended, in the words of the great Steve Hughes, you don't get offended then suddenly wake up with leprosy. You're an adult get over it. Offended by what Evatt said? Boo-hoo. But suggesting he said something discriminatory and therefore broke the law is fucking snowflakery crap in the extreme.

Freedoms are never free!

Why do you think it is ok to be offensive to people who have less power, less money and less of a voice than you?

Oh, and if you go back and check I never used the word discriminatory.

No it doesn't, you're just twisting now. And there was no Gender Discrimination Act of 1975, that was back before PC went mad so they called it Sex Discrimination. It contained no provisions about speech, which makes me think you've cribbed this off one of the YouTube swamps you wallow in with the rest of your sociopathic chums whining about your right to be a c***.
