It's a fairly open game at Tranmere, with both teams passing around reasonably and Mansfield having their fair share of possession and chances. We've been largely impotent for most of the first half with our two best chances falling to one of our defenders, but Woolery's strike on the strike of half time couldn't have come at a better moment.

Not wholly convincing, but not terrible either.

Our match is genuinely one of the worst I've ever seen. Stevenage started like they wanted a goal but that didn't last long. A point would be a decent result, but it won't be very satisfying.

Best half of the season for us, should be more though Carlisle had a chance right before our goal. Goalscoring record for Mullin, hell of a season for him (and us, so far....).

1-1 here and about right, we scored early but didn't really kick on after, and Matete going of injured has meant a more defensive midfield. Hopefully he brings Williams on for Coke later if it stays 1-1 for a while.

Well, Vale should be out if sight. We had a ten minute spell of good football but really it's Crawley watching Vale play and Vale not quite scoring about ten times.

The amount of time and space Vale have in the middle of the park is embarrassing. Our defenders are dropping deep and the midfield is following them leaving the forwards all alone.

Port Vale look a lot better than their league position. We look worse.

All to play for.

Decent game at Prenton Park. Mansfield look likely up top but not worked our goal at all really. We’ve had the best chances through set pieces and then bang on HT take the lead. Next goal obviously crucial but been an entertaining watch.

Sounded like we had a slow start but have grown into it and missed a few decent chances too. Three points today would be incredibly helpful ahead of a trip to Bolton next weekend.

Carlisle fans will tell you how poor they’ve been but we have been absolutely superb on that 45 mins.

Only negative it should be more than 1-0.

It’s infuriating how often we crumble after scoring a goal, I’ve not once seen us capitalise on a game after scoring this season and Walsall are good for their point

Wouldn’t go as far as calling it a chance.

I also would be a bit wary of calling it your best half, considering you’re up against the worst team in the football league.

Yeah we don’t really have a striker that will work majority of the time, Bowery does sometimes but he’s gone off at half time bizarrely.

Our season rests entirely on Grimsby and Southend struggling for points.

I feel a bit sorry for Jamie Reid, works hard, gets in good positions but he just doesn’t know where the onion bag is, terrible miss by him. Should be 1-1.

Nobody to replace him either, not one single player can replace him on the pitch.

Slightly more in it second half... although Cambridge have eased off a little. The emphasis there is on the word 'slightly'... we've gone from looking like a Unibond side to looking like a National League North side. Cambridge have dropped from Premier League standard to merely Championship standard.

Unbelievable I think this team is currently worse than the shite we witnessed at the start of last season. We have nothing. Big summer ahead.

Definitely back to relying on two being worse than us again.
Lots of twists and turns to come in the relegation battle. Southend looked like they were on their way to safety and then dropped back into danger, now Barra might be getting dragged back into trouble. Could be Grimsby's turn next to have a go, and Colchester are well and truly in it so we could end up with two of the bottom three surviving.

I'm taking solace from Grimsby's run-in. Can't see them stringing too many results together.

1-1, and yet again we've only got ourselves to blame. God we're frustrating at the moment.

Thoroughly undeserved. Cambridge will kick themselves if they don’t win this.

Calvin Andrew comes on and scores with his first touch. Can't understand why he didn't come on 20 mins ago.
