McGowan sent off. Referee conned by the Crawley player there.

We need wins but it's a good point, under the cosh in the second half, good job Harvey Saunders is shite and can't finish for toffee.

Another good win, sounds like we were under the cosh and may have been fortunate with some decisions for once.

Great point with such a depleted squad. Bit undeserved but we battled hard for it.

Pratley is a dirty twat.

We we're comfortable until the ref gave them a pen, when the foul, even if it was one, that was outside the box.
The Tranmere commentators are even laughing about it.

Fucking hell we left that late but it makes a change to win it in stoppage time rather than throw away a lead.

We were dreadful until the formation change and until we got some flair on the pitch. Should've been behind by then as Colchester created some good chances in the first half.

Had to win today no matter what and we did but hopefully that's the lesson learnt that we can't play the diamond at home.

What an ending made the first 85 minutes of crap worth while, amazing atmosphere at the end great scenes. Hopefully that’ll give us the confidence to kick on, serves Colchester right who weren’t bad but wasted time at every opportunity from minute one and held their head whenever possible.

Credit to Pools for turning up to play football instead of shithousing. Neither team looked especially sharp going forward and the draw was probably fair. We didn't turn up first half but were the better team in the second. Never a penalty, at least from where I was standing; defender's gone some way to impeding his run, but the ball's in a different postcode and Saunders has gone down so easily

Really good battling display from us, thought there were some good performances out there. Unlucky with the pen and Grey and Kemp missed two absolute sitters to extend the lead mind Teanmere missed a good few chances as well. Point was fair, we need wins rather than draws but another point clear.

Certainly much more football played today under Askey than we'd seen from Curle's sides.

Liked the midfield three today, Sylla in front of the defence makes perfect sense instead of Featherstone, Kemp, even when having a quieter game has the ability to pull a killer pass.

Need Josh back ASAP, front two today aren't going to keep us up.

Yep I liked that three, Sylla was class today, like a tinpot Patrick Vieira. He should be in every week, looked fitter than he has been as well. Lots of positives today, defence was stronger but we badly miss Umerah. Another week on the training ground, get some more of his message across, I thought we set up much more dynamically than we have been. Encouraging signs even if we are still in deep trouble.

Draw a fair result between us and Swindon, another frustrating second half display from us where we got a little bit lazy again and got punished - the signs were there in the first half too, a few times we got caught dallying on the ball. Think Wakelings goal was literally the only chance of the second half, neither keeper was really troubled, Although we looked the more likely to win, we struggled to break down Swindons back 5 who did play well.

Thought we badly missed Theo Archibalds energy when he went off with a knock to his knee. A bit suprsied Wellens stuck with the same team as last week too.

A rare goal from a corner for ourselves too, very good delivery from Kieran Sadlier.

We basically now need to find 3 wins/12 points from somewhere to get over the line.

When do we expect the protest from Northampton - the North Lincolnshire conspiracy against them with rollovers against their promotion rivals…

Few of you Grimsby lot are strange on here. Anyway my conspiracy rage itch is scratched today after a glance at Scunny’s score

Shite result and a performance to match. Lost 2-0 to Rochdale. Damage was done first half, we were an unorganised mess, Rochdale were able to play through us with ease, Odoh was given the freedom of the pitch do as he wanted and he duly punished us.

With the score at 2-0 Evans made a couple of first half changes, a third at half time, we improved second half (not hard) but faced with solid Rochdale defending and a general wastefulness in front of goal were never able to get back into the game.

The better team won today, can have no complaints and can't blame the referee either. Shite results all round for us, just have to put it behind us and try and get back to winning ways next week.

outside the playoffs still but win away at wimbledon with that injury list is just absolutely amazing!!!! totally unexpected.

8 goals in 2 games against the won led, i’m sure the 905 fans will be well happy.

I mean the games keep getting easier, orient at home next, which will be close to another home sell out.
