We never do we usually get battered there. It's guaranteed to be when your wasteful strikers will put down their banjos and suddenly become top forwards and goalscorers.

I liked the look of Orsi, would love a striker like that alongside Cook.
It seems you did offer Maidenhead £50k for him but he ended up at Harrogate, where he didn't do much. Grimsby, where he couldn't get in the side, before we picked up on a free this summer.

By far his best goal return this year but the running he does is top notch. Check our fourth goal. Not involved but he had got from the back to the front and was unmarked in the box when Lalos scored. 97th minute!

I couldn't help but notice the same trend. How the winning team or Pete Wild celebrates is my current favourite dig after you lose.

"They celebrated like they won the league" sounds like a good thing to me. Sounds fun.
This right here !! Imagine the amount of times the younger fans go home feeling on top of the world and look forward to the next game for the chance of the collective fist pump from the manager.....dissing it says more about themselves than the folks enjoying it.

He's right Spanishstag. Like yourself he managed to escape.

Think of the unfortunate ones that are left behind and still there :eyes:

Our win at Bradford was only the 2nd time we've scored 4 or more away in a league game since we got into the football league in 2011. There was also a 6-5 win at Torquay in the FA Cup during Covid but no fans allowed.
Quite a few have done it to us! Some more than once. :bg:

Mullin does fistpumps after every win but it goes under the radar. The Barrow of fistpumps.

I’m all for celebrating but the fistpump does make me cringe for some reason.

But as lower league fans of clubs that generally are shit we should make the most of it, pretty sure I damaged a couple of ribs when that second went in at Stockport - worth it.

He does it to thousands of fans behind the goal though, whereas Wild is doing it to 26 people who don't even respond in kind anyway. Mullin definitely copying Klopp with it.

I remember the days Gary Mills would do it after games too. It's all a bit cringe but harmless.

When our first penalty went in at Southampton I fell down 3 rows, genuinely unintentional as well I ended up on the front row upside down.
I’ve seen a couple of photos of away fans the last couple of seasons where someone ends up like that (our fans away at Notts and I saw some Derby fans away at somewhere) and people comment saying it’s all fake and staged but had somebody took a photo of me that night it would’ve looked just like that and been 100% genuine.
Thankfully, nobody did. :bg:

Not just saying this in an FGR “we were all spread out” kind of way, but by the time Wild does this to the Holker Street End, the majority have already made their way to the exit… I never stick around for the stupid fist pump celebration, but the kids find it entertaining. It’s more for the camera though as it really winds people up on the socials.

The majority are definitely staged nowadays as it's becomes a trend. Just like whipping your phone out to film a penalty awarded to your team :ffs: , the same is happening in busy away ends.

You hate to see it/say it but sadly staged.

So the manager is prepared to make them 26 youngsters happy.....even more kudos to him for that...your point is what ?
