Well, this one looks to be the game of the weekend as 2 mid table battlers get set to face off. In all seriousness, this one looks like a dead rubber with both teams sat firmly in mid table.

Scunny are tight and tough to break down at home, whereas Swindon are more open and will want a response after their hammering against Wigan. Still, can't see many goals in this one, going for a 1-0 Scunny win.

All match discussion in here.

We'll get stiffed, no doubt about it. Minus 3 centre backs, goalie and striker and fucking Rodgers is somehow still getting picked.

2:0. Not confident of anything from this.

Swindon started well and were putting us under pressure early on. The game became scrappy and poor. A good finish from our left back, who stayed up after an overlap, gave us the lead. A second came from our right back, with a lucky cross, which the goalie misjudged. The second half started with us pressing and playing high up. It was the way to deal with Swindon, who continued to attempt to play through from the back. We scored early on and our confidence grew. Swindon stuggled to compete after that and we romped on with 3 more goals. It should have been more too. Swindon missed a good chance in the second half, but offered very little. The Swindon goalie had a very poor second half after losing all confidence.

Only one team turned up today and it was not Swindon. The play-through football of Swindon was exploited by us pressing high up the pitch. The goalie and defenders were under pressure, as they lost time and space due to the high-up press we exerted. There was no attempt to change tactics from Swindon, that I could see and this was baffling. To go long would have pushed us back and given them time and space, but nothing came from the opposition manager.

We are not prolific scorers this season and this result will give us some confidence. It was a great for our new manager, Graham Alexandra who was making his home debut after return to his football beginnings.

If I honestly thought a 6 nil dicking would precipitate a change in tactics and/or personnel I would welcome it.

Truth is, we'll be there again Saturday against Fleetwood making the same dreadful mistakes that have plagued us for ages.

I just cannot understand how this attempt to play football can continue to be championed by Power/Power's Puppet.

To be fair it wasn't that bad a result, Swindon fans can count the number of goals they conceded on one hand.
Yeah we have to keep on counting them , just in case you pikey's have nicked a couple!!!!!!
