We have managed to shift 1740 in three weeks, that number should creep over 2000 before the season actually starts.

Who is bettering that?

Wrexham, Chesterfield Notts County or Stockport?

We sold over 1,000 on the first day they went on sale a week or so ago, not had an update on numbers since then. I suspect/hope we’ll be somewhere between 3 and 4,000 by the start of the season.

Think we’ll have some big away followings this year as well, everyone I know is well up for it after the last eighteen months.

We haven't started selling ours yet. We have no idea when Welsh Government will allow crowds to return, and at what percentage of capacity.

It's a tough one to call really as whilst a lot of fans will be chomping at the bit we could lose a few of our older fans who may still have worries about catching Covid or others who won't commit to season tickets just in case everything goes pear-shaped again. Having said that I suspect we should get at least the same as last season (circa 2,400).

I’m guessing he meant from Wrexham Notts Stockport and Chesterfield.
You having 'a Whoosh' moment?

I meant every club will sell between 3 and 4,000. Can't see any club selling less than 3 or any club selling more than 4,000.

Please keep up mate!

Someone calculated on our online site we’d done just over 3400.
That’s rubbish and OTT IMO. That doesn’t include any non renewers I think as their seats haven’t been released back on sale yet so I think our figure will be somewhere between 2800-3000

No idea, we only usually shift about 700-1000.

That’s still very good for this level of football though.

Can I willy wave about the 2400 home shirts we sold in one day?

Incidentally, 2400 is greater than Boreham Wood's total home attendance throughout their history.

Please tell me they haven't got Wrexham Lager spilt on them and you've changed your sponsors!

Aldershot (and Boreham Wood, apparently )
Always very secret at the Rec. But with no “early-bird” deals, would be surprised if it’s more than 500.
My willy is far too small to wave about.

Even better for Chesterfield's level of football.
Stock(port) answer to that is "There's cock all else to do in Chesterfield" that's why their season tickets sell well.

Actually it's a decent drinking town and has a lovely market covering two squares, they do talk funny though!

Only been out once in Chesterfield but it was a great night.

Birds were classy, mate got a hand job outside the door of curry’s. Fortunately currys was not open at the time.

It's odd to me how our attendances are amongst the highest in the division yet we never sell 3,000+ season tickets like Hartlepool or Chesterfurloughd do. We must have a high degree of kiddies who only pay on the day, or something

It's because half your support are at Old Trafford, Man City or watching Sale most Saturdays, but when they don't clash they slum it at your gaff!

Was going to respond in kind until I remembered there's absolutely nothing else of alternative interest anywhere near Grimsby. Except that random sex shop on the road there. Is that place still going? Would hate to hear you've lost your second biggest tourist attraction

You've obviously never been to the Lincolnshire Riviera then. Cleethorpes on the Humber Estuary is wonderful.

Dolphins playing in the clear blue waters, Birds of Paradise overhead, the great unwashed of South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Notts all getting pissed while their kids run riot on the golden sands, leaving snot, blood, tears and all their rubbish behind. You'll love it.

And yes, my sex shop is still going strong, thanks for remembering me.

It must be tough attracting visitors to your side of the Humber when there are so many great attractions in the former City of Culture to the North of you - Ronnie Pickering World springs immediately to mind.

Decent. We're approaching 2,000 now apparently. Reckon we'll get around 2,500.

Esepcially now that they've taken away our one chance of having a giant white palm tree...

That one is still there but sadly the other one down Freemo is now long gone, my erm…… mate told me.

Incidentally there is also a Brothel that you would have to drive past on the way to Blundell Park too a few streets back from the sex shop.

I’ve a funny story about my Brother in that Brothel actually if anybody wants to hear it?

2250 sold according to the latest tweet at our end.

What this doesn't factor in is the presence in East Asia. Still got the bruises and scratch marks from where I wore my County top in Tokyo. The locals went nuts.
