You need to consider how the majority will interpret the question and then once you have done this then interpret how the majority of the majority will answer the question they have interpreted.

I was thinking along those lines as well Natch. I think anything under 20 will see the deadline pushed back until 4pm on Monday.

Ideally that's won't happen though as I will have to change plans
