Got a feeling we might get our comeuppance today, Shrewsbury had a comfortable win v gas on Tuesday night and this will be a much tougher test against a good well organised Fleetwood team.

Uwe Rossler is a clever manager, and reading into his comments on the Fleetwood site has left no stone unturned in an attempt to bring us our first defeat of the season. It's wet and windy as I type so Fleetwood will be used to these conditions playing as I would think they have to deal coastal winds quite a few times during the season.

Shrewsbury have played Fleetwood 7 times in League and cup and are yet to win, with Fleetwood winning 4 and there being 3 draws.

Hopefully I have jinxed Fleetwood enough and Shrewsbury can keep the momentum going for a bit longer.

Stalemate first half. Fleetwood ( rightly or wrongly) have come to spoil, the ref hasn't helped. We need to change up because at present it isn't working.

For sure you have put the curse on Fleetwood ! I followed this on BBC live and tbh most of the pressure and shots came from yourselves. The only bummer is conceding in the last minute but fair play you are doing tremendous and great credit to the manager and team. You also became the first team this season to stop us scoring . I've had better weekends !!!
