Site Supporter Issues?

A few of us aren't blue anymore and our subscriber tag and access to the Supporters thread has been disabled.

I had presumed this meant that the 'year' was up. Although I haven't had chance to run it passed TB. When exactly did you subscribe last year.

It runs out on the 26th Chris, I just checked earlier. I will subscribe right after that again, but surely I've got 6 days left of being blue before I need to fork out on it?

I wonder if the settings are related to the month. I'm not 100% sure. I'll mention it to TractorBoys as he deals with all the finances, site supporters payments, advertisements etc. I don't have instant access to those.

My site supporter tag appears to be working although I've never had access to the supporters section. Not that it bothers me that much.

It wasn't a prompt btw, I knew it'd get sorted eventually when people got round to it.

The upgrade/downgrade process should be automatic based on your payment date- however it seems renewals are not automatically being given access to the supporters section - I'm having to do this manually at the moment.. will look at this tonight.

Unforutnately the ad's are sorted by TractorBoys , is it just you that's seeing them do we know? TB is currently pre-occupied with issues away from the internet so I can't give an exact time frame, but it will be sorted over time. No more than a week or so.

I'm thinking there's probably a setting somewhere within the forum software that removes it from members with a week or so left on their yearly amount.. almost as a renewal trigger perhaps?

I don't mind there being an ad at the top but is there any chance it could be resized on mobile view so it doesn't resize the whole page ?

The ad at the top of the page makes the forum narrow for me on my phone, I can attatch at snapshot if it helps you out TractorBoys - sends things all out of kilter when trying to browse on my mobile.
