I boot my pc through a Wake On Lan, and I've done so for years now without issue. The last month or so however booting seems to hang at the animation for Windows 7 for ages before finally booting into Windows. I've noticed that the Lan light is brown as if off and then when it goes green the system will then boot up. Its similar on shutting down as it seems to wait for the Lan before switching the computer off.
Tried a fair few searches but come up with nothing. Anyone here know what its about, and what can be done to speed up booting/shutdown?
