Haven't seen the score yet, but I've seen the line ups. I think Man Utd's back 5 made up of 3 midfielders will lead to a historic clean sheet and thumping victory over Mark Hughes' Premier League whipping boys Southampton.

Damn, I had this down as 0-2 to Man Utd all day cos Sparky seems to be on a downward spiral into managerial oblivion...then his team goes 2 up and I think "hmm, maybe it is Mourinho who is on his way to managerial oblivion".
Then Man Utd equalise. Then I think "nah, I was right first time". FFS Saints...

Hmm, Sparky appears to be taking this as a life line (like a drowning man who has suddenly found a floating log to cling to).
Mourhino sees this result as a floating log of a different kind...
I'd say Sparky lives to fight another day but Jose might be sprucing up his CV for the Portugal job, excuses included for the negative end to his career as a professional club manager. We all feel sympathy for him, right?
We didn't need to fail to get three points against Southampton to know this.
I, in my infinite wisdom, predicted this in one of the threads on here before the season started.
I wonder if Jose is regretting saying we'll be in a better position by the end of the year.
