A manager that seems clueless, he was just asked what's the key for promotion from League Two on Football League Tonight and he said 'the strength of the squad' yeah no shit, they play a boring 4-4-2 with some ugly random irish kid in the middle and some Ronaldo wannabee out wide, come on lads
